In regards to the orientation of your interest, specifically in pregnancy for fictional characters, you shouldn't feel like a pervert. It's just a personal interest, no more and no less. Perhaps it's more exploring a concept of life through a safe and innocent medium? Such a subject is not so easy to explore in real life as real life has consequences that fiction does not. Who knows? Perhaps you will know exactly why some day? Ultimately it matters little the "why" in the future, as the current "now" shouldn't leave you feeling awkward about it.
It's nothing to be ashamed of, it's how we grow as individuals. That interest can be held in common amongst others, but no law or rule states that it must be this way. Even if such is the case we're still all unique one way or another.

It only "consumes" you if it takes up every moment of your life (both waking and otherwise). Try not to chastise yourself over thoughts that are absolutely harmless. It's only when an interest strains your good relationships with others and engulfs every aspect of your personality that it becomes an issue. Enjoying something, even iDOLM@STER for example, is healthy and distinguishes people from others. People enjoy it on different levels and they're absolutely entitled to. None are inherently wrong, nor should those views be shunned or shamed by anyone. Standards shouldn't apply, and they really don't with all things considered.
It is what it is, and that's all it is. That's how it should be for personal interests concerning only the individual. You seem like a good fella Sunflorazumarill... so just be yourself and don't sweat what you dig. It's all good, as it should be all good.

According to Dr. Drew, if you don't stop, it acts like a gateway drug to other fetishes. Pretty soon you'll be hunting down BBW anime images, which will lead you straight to Sonic inflation fetishes. Just don't google anything related to dragons having sex with cars.

Sorry to bother anyone, but now I got a sort of visual novel-related problem (more specifically, Overflow's works). I found out that some girls from said VN's of pics I would look at are part of a tangled family tree (in other words, there's incest involved) and I myself am afraid to think about these girls as a result (blood-related things are really wrong and screwed up).
Would it make things easier if I imagined these VN girls as different characters or perhaps that they're in some sort of AU where the perpetrators of the incest don't exist and things involving these girls are different?

Fiction is fiction, don't realistically expect that indulging in a story containing elements that you don't approve of in real life... has any effect on real life. It's just a story, and if it ultimately does become something you can't move past? Don't play it. I don't make that statement with any condescension or sarcasm, but it's a concept that seems to be more than common in the world of adult oriented content. Not just Eastern, but we also utilize it in the West with productions as well.
It's just fiction, nothing more and nothing less. It shouldn't be a blueprint for how you live your life in the real world where there are real consequences.

It's up to you how you view the content. Nobody should make the decision for you, as indulging in the story is personal and for you alone. If you can enjoy it? Great. If you can't? Find something else that interests you. Again I say that with no negativity. Others can't really tell you what specifically will or will not offend you when it comes to entertainment.
Plenty of other stuff to see out there, be it VN or otherwise.
