In the third picture, the smallest girl is Hina from "Papa no Iu Koto o Kikinasai!" Maybe the biggest one is someone else too.

That makes total sense. I didn't even look at her outfit. So I wonder why there are 2 Hibikis and one Hina... Maybe the middle one isn't Hibiki? Or maybe Hibiki changed a lot between the SP games and iM@S 2? So many questions.
