Your name in Japanese
« on: January 28, 2012, 04:56:00 am »
I found a website that translates English names into Japanese names.  There are probably better ones out there.

Anyway, here is my name:

My name, Jonathan Pugh, translated into Japanese is: Janasan Pa

I think this is it in kanji:  日本語
Correct me if I am wrong.

What is everyone else's name?

As for my name, it would be ジェームズ. I use this as my producer name.

(can't share my last name because of privacy reasons... Sorry)

My name uses sounds which do not exist in the Japanese language...and I'm too embarrassed to go by the name given to me by Japanese people so I just go by Annie or AndyP my producer name. アンヂP

that thing seems to only transcribe from English pronunciation, won't work on my name then :/ *annoyed*
Ah, well, I know how it works anyway. 'Arisa'.

Although my name oddly enough is of Russian origins it can be easily converted , I didn't use a converter though already had a japanese language teacher convert for me it, though xD Mihkael ==> Mikaeru (実果絵留)To my knowledge though "kaeru" in the japanese language means "to return"

I... usually wouldn't share my last name but it's kinda funny written in kana. This is the kana-fied version I use for class:

ジェイミー・センクウィッツ

gosh just look at that mess. my last name in a pain no matter what!

Correct me if I am wrong.

These kanji just mean "japanese" (the language), i guess you copied the wrong text

It's pretty hard to get my last name from the kana. So I'm fine sharing it lolz.
