I believe Hibiki's measurements underwent a size change in between SP and now.  There was even a fan comic with Miki "unmasking" Hibiki, with Chihaya showing up at the end for the punchline.  o_O

You are correct about the size change. Hibiki's breasts went from 86cm to 83cm. The belief was that Studio 961 had lied about her bust size. Also, a silly coincidence is that there is a official DLC video for SP which at one point shows Miki checking out Hibiki. It's nuts.

It's always Miki's fault.       While I don't understand the language, I think she also "helped" Hibiki with her costume on Hibiki's Master Artist 2 CD.

Still can't find the comic- too bad.  Maybe I saw it on this site?

Not gunna lie these are pretty impressive and actually make me start to wish for a cinderella girls game.
if they ever did it's probably be like the SP games ala split into three for cool, cute and then passion. And for idols they would probably use the ones with the most sales...
but eh i can dream.
