Cathy reminds me of the result of Patty from Lucky Star and England from Hetalia getting together and having a baby. Those eyebrows, man...if they weren't as thick, she'd be a lot cuter. Only certain people can work the thick eyebrows. (Like Mugi.)

Anyway, the reason why the Anzu-Kirari tandem exist is because they're opposites. Anzu is short and 'dull' while Kirari is tall and lively. (Also note that they're both 17 and are unique in the entire set)
