That's strange -- I can access Fileserve just fine (although they cut the affiliate program without notice).
Edit: Nevermind; You can only access the files uploaded to your own account.

Now that I thought about it for a while; Dropbox might be a good alternative. The only major problem with the site is the lack of storage space: A piddling 2GB, with another 250MB added (up to a maximum of 8GB free storage) per referral. PM me if you want to help expand my storage (My fileserve account holds about 5GB just in im@s videos!)

Well, Skydrive also works - I did a private request earlier - It is possible to do a public listing, and at 25GB, it makes it easier to work with.
I'm more or less out of requesting filling though. My mother tore my muscles in my right hand, so I can't hold a PS3 controller at all.
As well, I will attach a incomplete list from reddit about the status of the uploaders.
Megaupload – Closed
Fileserve – Stopped filesharing. You can only download your own files. Deleting multiple files. Banning Premium accounts. Closed Affiliate Program.
Filesonic – Stopped filesharing. You can only download your own files. Closed Affiliate Program. Changed server location Jan 22, 2012. Taken down it's Facebook page Now using Digital fingerprinting. Files are being deleted as soon as uploaded (as Hotfile did).
VideoBB – Closed Affiliate Program.
Filepost – Started suspending accounts with infringing material (as Hotfile did)
Uploaded.to – Blocked U.S. access.
Videozer – Closed Affiliate Program.
Filejungle – Owned by Fileserve (same as above). Testing USA IP addresses blocking.
Uploadstation – Owned by Fileserve (same as above). Testing USA IP addresses blocking.
4Shared – Deleting multiple files

The only problem about Skydrive is the 100MB size limit.
