Video copyright issues?

i found a ghetto way around it.

look at this video

it one of the videos that got hit by the wave.

however this video has not.

and i know the reason why it like that now.

The catagory of the 2 are different, the first one is catagorized as a gaming video.
The second one is catagorized as a music video (Which isn't wrong)

My second video has not been claimed by BandaiChannel.

it too late for any video that got hit alraedy, but they dont lay claims on idolmaster video that under the music catagory. A majority of my request video was under that catagory so i wasn't email spammed as much as it could have.

Except if it is a manual sweep, you won't get anywhere with that. They probably typed in a keyword search (Given how broad it was) and went 'Here's the list, go do it.' if the automated content engine worked.

Or if we assume it was manual, that someone ELSE filed it. You are permitted to do that, and if true, someone doesn't like idolm@ster. (Not likely, but it has happened before. Usually though it is a DMCA takedown notice which we haven't seen here.)
