Fruit Costume?

Despite the fact that I don't really like watching anime, I watched the IM@S anime. (on crunchy roll) A few eps back they showed a "fruit" costume set. I REALLY liked it. Since I'm new I must ask. Is this a costume from an earlier game? If not I hope they make it DLC! but Ritsuko is missing so ... what fruit would she be?

This isn't a costume from any of the previous games.
It would bel ovely DLC though.

I haven't bought any DLC costumes yet but I would buy a fruit set DLC just for the silly factor.

Now that I think about it this would be pretty good for a DLC costume. Yukiho looks so cute in that cherry costume!

Don't throw away those preconceptions just yet... you're probably closer to reality than that sloppily-colored image.  (Look at Yukiho's pink cherries for comparison.)  It's kind of embarassing for me because I live in the state with the obsession with peaches but can't remember what they look like.  Nectarines are close though, and they're a mottled mix of red, orange, and yellow.  Most breeds of apples aren't a single solid color either.  Peach crayons are pink, but crayons are ironically not known for their accuracy.

What identifies her costume as a peach is the nub on her hat... which nectarines also have?

Yep.  I mentioned it a while back, though I usually don't talk about such things.  As far as I'm concerned, everyone on the internet lives in lala land.

All the roads in this town are named "Peach" this, "Peach" that.  It's infuriating and I usually just avoid them all, or navigate by sight.

As for the fruit costume confusion, I guess it's inevitable with all the necessary but sloppy in-between animation.  I should be grateful that there was no cabbage scene.
