Note that does not answer that question, but to answer mine::
The languages that directly stem from Latin are otherwise known as the Romance Languages(I did not know this so sue me >.<), and they are: Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Romanian, and Catalan. There are other ones, too, but those are the most popular... So obviously, they'd be the ones she knows.
As a note: While English does have a lot of Latin-rooted words, it is still a Germanic Language, hence why she can not be fluent in it as I thought she might have been.
