According to the wiki, Takane is "fluent in almost all languages related to Latin". And I believe English is XD

This would imply that Takane could speak Spanish, French, Italian, Catalan, Portuguese, Sicilian, and so on.

 Yes, most languages related to Latin, but I remember somewhere that it said that German was one of the languages she was fluent in.

I think she's of German descent / her family is from Germany, though I don't know about Takane herself.
