G4U! Discussion
Rihsa:
The only ones I remember is Takane sticking out her hand forward dramatically. And I think Haruka's involves falling down. But that's all I remember.
Maybe if you look through that G4U gallery you can figure it out. Or look at videos.
Funkies:
Haruka (and... afterwards)/ Mami / Ami / Yukiho / Takane / Ritsuko / Yayoi (and her high touch) / Chihaya / Iori / Makoto (punch!) / Azusa's turn & pose / Hibiki / Miki's onigiri / Ai
Poses between the idols are sometimes a bit different. Those poses are nevertheless shared by at least one other idol. I know that sounds confusing, but it's not hard to imagine when lookin' at the G4Up image site. Yayoi won't do this or this. Certain others won't jump either. All of the on-the-floor poses are the same I'm pretty sure. Which is A-OK since it's not available for all outfits.

Wow awesome! If I could rep you I would but there's no such system here it looks like. Anyway thank you very much! :)
Those poses aren't single frames though right? Are there any G4U videos where those special poses are shown off?
Funkies:
The game appears to run at the same 60fps the games do and there is no way to freeze the idols while they pose. They still move (and blink) while in a pose, I suppose to mimic the concept that it's difficult to stay absolutely still (and well... not blink). If they are standing on one leg, they seem to have trouble balancing to keep the pose. All sorts of other quirks as well. It's fairly difficult to capture a pose at all the points. I suppose that's part of the charm and interest with it, so it's all good.
At times the mini-game requires a certain amount of rhythm to take identical pictures with different expressions. It is an iM@S game after all, though it's strange such a thing pops up in something like this.
As for videos, I have little idea what's out there. Nico seems to turn up some pretty good results as a start. Some I'm sure are just merely slideshows, but there has to be something captured with a device in there. Ever since Nico's 5th anniversary the transfer speed on videos can be abysmally slow (or just disconnects all together), so I really can't check for myself at the moment.
Good luck on the search, hopefully you turn up somethin' groovy!

Yeah that's what I meant, a video of selecting the pose and then the idol striking the pose, not a frozen frame shot or anything. Thank you for the nico link, if I find something like that I'll post it here :)
