No offense, but these are way too expensive to be buying with a proxy.
Use a website that will ship outside of Japan like Mandarake or Amiami.
If you are looking on YJA! or Amazon there are plenty of proxy services that support them. I think Cael K. has a thread about this. Check with him.

Yes I do know one and that G4U Vol 3. that I got (posted pic here) is proof that their service is reliable and trustworthy.

Register and submit a forwarding request, it does not have to be something from Amazon JP. Is there a reason why you need to get it forwarded?

Amazon.co.jp has volume 4 at 61% off, direct from them (not from the marketplace). Even with a proxy, I have yet to see cheaper.

Go for it before the price goes up. The most you will end up spending is around less than 80 bucks with the fees and shipping and that's about 40-50 bucks back in your pocket. I spent around $75 for Vol. 3 total and I still saved myself around $50.
If Vol. 4 is 3874 right now plus the fee which is around 500-700 yen and the shipping which is another 1500 yen, it should come out exactly 5874 or 6074 which is $73-75 compared to 9505 yen plus shipping (around 700 yen and up) which is around $130 more or less.
