The iDOLM@STER Anime Ep: 16 discussion

(1/3) > >>

Pizzaman:
As the scenario writer for the last episode wrote on Twitter, episode 16 will be where the story for the second season really takes motion...
And indeed, its the first time 765 Pro really confronts 961 Pro. The first on 961's hit-list? Hibiki.

Will Hibiki survive their onslaught!?
Will she make it out alive!?

Actually this episode happens to focus on the relationship between Hibiki and Inumi (and to a broader extent, her "family"), and they do it well.
The contrast between Chihaya's flashback in the intro is another nice point to take note.

Also, Hamuzo is the bestest rodent ever.

Saturos:
Smooth, Kuroi, Smooth.

Also, next episode seems serious. :D

PinoyCruger:
I beg your pardon but, it's Hamzou not Hamuzo. I did watch the episode in the morning (here in Manila) due to my sickness yesterday.

Chihaya's tragic past was emotional for me, but I can't believe when I saw Inumi, I was like, oh god is that my cousin's dog?

The macho Hamzou part makes me laugh, but the bulldog named Black Falchion the Third (Inuzaburo) eats the mic. I can't stand the Jupiter fangirls when they saw in safari gear, but I feel bad for Hibiki being trapped in a cliff but Hamzou slapped his master. Damn you Kuroi and your dirty tricks! The best part was none other than TRIAL DANCE, one of Hibiki's image songs, the first one is Next Life. When I saw Waniko (a crocodile), I was like 'Wow! That croc's huge!' and that ostrich loves Jupiter. The relationship between Inuzaburo and Inumi falls short.

The ending theme is 'Brand New Day!' is played during Hibiki's life with her 'family'. Furthermore, this might be the best Hibiki episode ever in my whole entire life, and this might be my third favorite episode ever.

And next time, a Makoto-esque episode. Can't wait for it next week.

My overall score: 8/10

why not 10/10 (or 9/10)?
 :P

Katsuyuki-P:
Is it me or does CHANGE sound slightly different this episode? Like, different idols sticking out. Or maybe it's just me. ~_~

Jupiter in Safari Gear, hooray? Eh, I know someone is gonna be happy about it. Though is it me, or do some of these characters that are appearing match the silhouettes of a few of the judges/reporters?

Oh yeah, and Hokuto charms an ostrich. That kind of stuck out for some reason.
