Also, when do the battle characters health reset?

Been seeing her all the time. More interested in facing Reiko than Kusakabe (300:80000 vs 1000:180000 points:defense/health).
The reset is 300 minutes (5 hours) after the last attack.

Correct. 300 minutes. You can see how much time is left by clicking the blue button on the event page. (If you can read katakana, it's the one that says "List".)
