So does anyone know how attack power is calculated in this event when you're up against an idol? I have a unit in my active attack group for the sake of gaining affection and she has about half as much as the unit she's temporarily replacing, but regardless of which is in the group, I have the same amount of attack power. It went up by the full amount she gained on level (23) and stayed the same after switching them out again. Then it went up again when I got a point of attack after a level. (I forgot to check how much. I can check when I get another chance to attack, I guess. Waiting on an attack power recharge.) (EDIT: It went up by 231. I probably got another back member or a better one or something.)
It's kind of confusing me. Is it giving my front and back line full power?
EDIT2: Ugh. So upset with myself. I had a couple of run ins with the first area rare and at the second time she had just over half her health. I somehow got it in my head that because of that, I needed 60% to clear her, when in reality I needed 80%. A 60% attack put her at 666 HP left and I timed out the five-hour limit before I ran into her again. Man, that was so stupid of me ><
