Too early to guess. And according to the official blog, we won't know who is the tenth idol to come until the actual release date. They may tell for the first four beforehand, but right now, it's still anyone's guess.

Well... We currently have: 1 cool, 1 cute, 2 passion. I'll wager a guess that Mio or Uzuki will be the last idol still, since we already had a cool as the spearhead of the last group, and thus they'll be the short-handed group this time around. Plus, if they want to surprise us with the last idol, it might as well be one of those two.
As a "hedge-my-bets" guess, I'll go with Riina or Nao. They're pretty popular.
