Once you buy a cartridge, you can make as many tries to catch whatever you want at no additional cost. The only thing you are wasting is time. Also, all of the DLC, if one can call it that, is completely free. The flash game website that goes with the current generation is also free.

I think what they are getting at is that in order to complete a PokeDex for that region, due to game-exclusives like Zangoose in Ruby and Seviper in Sapphire, you have to buy both games to fully unlock all the games content. (Well... whatever the PokeDex really does unlock... I feel like this is a null example as nothing really requires you to complete a PokeDex and if I remember correctly the rewards for it are very very minor... something like a letter from the developers saying good job. Woo. )

Well, Wednesday tomorrow, which means someone's gonna get announced for a Cinderella Master CD. Kinda nervous myself, since I've been right two-in-a-row already.
Speculation time: Should I be right about my predicted wave, I bet they might announce Mio. Overlooked, but not as much as Uzuki. This move may bring some unsettling to the fanbase, but they'll make it up with next week introducing Nao, and on the last week, Kirari, who is the most popular among this group I theorized.
I guess another reason why I put Mio before and not in the same wave as Uzuki is popularity. As it stands, Mio is still underlooked while Uzuki is in a better light (Heck, there are TWO hashtags in pixiv made just for her). Putting her ahead would boost her popularity (for what it's worth) and just hype Uzuki's even more. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if in Wave Three, they reveal her last.

Well, it is an idolmaster game. Because it has 'idolmaster' in its title, involves you as a P, and has some of the known characters in it. It's in the same justification of calling non-shooter Touhou games as such- it is because it identifies with the series. Same thing here.

Claim the items they receive from trades

Well, there goes my incentive to play.
Fuyuhotaru:
double combo hit!
Fuyuhotaru is kind of sad

On happier news, today we did get an announcement on who'll get the next CD. Make it three times in a row because occupying the 8th slot is Kirari Moroboshi!!
BRB Fangasming while looking like he's trying to attempt to go Super Saiyan.
