It's not that difficult to get verified; the hardest part is finding a place that will sell you a SIM and activate it. I might even be able to help you verified.

The cost for a Japanese SIM card isn't cheap. I paid $33USD just for the SIM. Getting it activated is another matter. I might be able to offer a verification service, but it definitely won't be cheap.

So non-verified accounts can't gift/trade. When does this take effect? I need to get some trainers off my alt, ASAP, but not sure what to do with/about the rest of my girls I had being held on a mule...

Alright, one more question on gifting. Does the 20 gift limit apply to outbound gifts that haven't been picked up or is that a daily limit?
