The thing is, I don't really have the money in PayPal to actually purchase the SIMs necessary to verify people right now; It'll take a week to get the funds available... I think we should talk details through PM/email instead of spamming this thread.

I just heard about this so I came here to see if there was any more info.

So non-verified accounts can't gift/trade. When does this take effect? I need to get some trainers off my alt, ASAP, but not sure what to do with/about the rest of my girls I had being held on a mule...
