That button enlists the help of your production members for 1/10 of your stamina rounded down. The better your production members, the more useful it is. For me, I average about 25-30k more attack using it.

It's not that difficult to get verified; the hardest part is finding a place that will sell you a SIM and activate it. I might even be able to help you verified.

Real vulture.  On a serious note, I need to figure out how many people are quitting the production because of this.  I'm not exactly keen on refilling the entire production with JP members.

The cost for a Japanese SIM card isn't cheap. I paid $33USD just for the SIM. Getting it activated is another matter. I might be able to offer a verification service, but it definitely won't be cheap.
