Meant to use one of the event Yuis that I had a million of but used the regular Yui I was still waiting on a match for. Feels bad, man.

Yes big Exp. boost. No plus versions.
Advice I've seen around says level idols to around 25 to 30 normally, then boost them up to max with Trainers or Rares. It takes more to boost higher level idols, and higher Cost idols give more Exp. in lessons. I think same type gives a bonus too?
Past level 20 or so, you should probably be sticking to same-type 9/10 Cost idols.
Plus versions also give less Exp. than two regular versions.
