Yes.  It's in the last tab in the gacha screen (green button).  There will also be a notification on your homescreen that tells you to do a daily draw.

Yeah, same... Although, at first I only liked Nation Blue in the first jewelries, but now I have all three on my iPod so. They'll grow on me, I'm sure of it.

The preview for Gokigen Party Night is apparently up in-game but it's going to be a few hours wait because the game's under maintenance right now.

Fumika and Yuki were predictable the entire time due to getting voiced after ranking high in the 2014 election.

Nina is another predictable one due to appearing in the anime, but Nina getting a voice makes me happy.

Now, Frederica and Kanade getting voiced came out of NOWHERE. Kanade especially because I forgot she even existed prior to this morning.

I'm more excited about the new series of CDs coinciding with the anime. I SERIOUSLY hope this means the Cinderella Girls are getting brand new image songs because a lot of them are LONG overdue for one.

To be honest, Frederica and Kanade are in the top 50s on the 2014 election at 40th and 26th places respectively, so it isn't SUPER surprising to see them here. I kinda wish that they pick up the pace for the CM CDs because it's been almost three years already and we still only have 30 plus the jewelries and the election CDs.

EDIT: Regarding the THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA MASTER ANIMATION PROJECT 00 ST@RTER BEST CD, it's basically a Best of Albums much like 'BEST ALBUM MASTER OF MASTER', 'BEST OF 765+876=!!', and '765PRO ALLSTARS+ GRE@TEST BEST!' CDs. There's a chance that we get new songs, but that's unlikely.
