I hate a lot of events now (no galleries, no cards except through coin gachas or film gachas unless it's an Idol Produce, the Idol Produce events are getting harder to get duplicates because they keep adding extra stuff at the end, etc.) and I feel like I'm not getting much from them anymore.

And good lord, we haven't had a break from events in months. They used to at least give you a week long break or so every now and then to catch up on jobs and costume fights. Not that I haven't been caught up for a while, but it's a miracle that I am. I went into the current job set with the previous one still incomplete, but fortunately this one's run really long. Even if we didn't get a break, we'd get a throwaway event like the training camp.

Yeah the 2nd Anniversary IP event is the first thing I've participated in and it was tough as hell.  I'm not sure if I should continue with the current one.

Well, now they give you this event.

Oh by the way, I think you had this question earlier, but if I'm not mistaken, the max skill level you can attain is 10. I remember seeing skill up probability charts up to that number, at least.

Yeah, that was me. Thanks. I ended up running out of my stockpiled Mikus and starter Yayois from before they locked down the free gift list. Only ended up at level 4.

(I wasn't stockpiling them for any reason in particular. They were from mule accounts.)

Listening to that medley reminds me that I've never gotten around to ordering a Cinderella Girls CD.  I don't like singles, so it hasn't  been a high priority.  Now that a whole bunch of them are out, I may reconsider.

Does anyone have a particular recommendation?  I'm not too familiar with the more recent releases.

I'd say support the characters you like the most.  Mio's song isn't spectacular but I love it just because Mio.  Kaede Takagaki's is my favorite though, same composer as Nemurihime and you can definitely tell.

Depends on if you're verified and want to get the code for the CDs, what kind of music you like, etc.

My personal favorite songs are Miria's, Anastasia's, Kaede's, and Mayu's. There really aren't any BAD songs, just ones that are kind of forgettable. The only one that I really dislike at all is Akane's.

If you like more energetic and catchy songs, I'd suggest Rika or Miria.

But if you like songs with more of a vocal element, I'd say go with Kaede. Maaaaaybe Uzuki?

The latest batch (Aiko, Koume, Mayu, Anastasia, Chieri) has some really good songs, though.

Sorry this is long, I get passionate about Cinderella Girls songs.

I never redeemed my Riina and Mio and the campaign for them is long over.  Too bad those cards are absolute shit in terms of practical use.  I loved some of the designs.

I found the Jewelries CDs pretty good.

In my opinion, the Cool CD had the better original song, and the Cute CD had the better covers.

They really aren't very good. They're just kind of okay at best. As a non-registered player, though, I can at least use Sachiko to get a leader with a strong stat boost (+Atk/Def for Cute) and having an SRare leader acts as a slight deterrent to people trying to fight me (compared to a Rare or Normal).

Beggars can't be choosers, I guess.

I dunno, I found that dumping all the clothes on your production deters the most. Apparently the vast majority won't fight for mere money.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I should have clarified from the beginning; I don't have favorite characters; as far as I'm concerned, good characters have good music.

So I went looking for samples on the main Idolmaster site, and now that it's been redesigned, I can't find... the music?  Y'know, music... that thing idols do?  Seriously, what's up with bad site redesigns?  I don't think I missed it either even if I can't read the site.

I guess I'll just pick the ones I was leaning toward anyway.  I need to find something large to package them around to justify importing.  I feel like I've forgotten a soundtrack somewhere but not sure which...
