It's weird. They give you the Iori card for joining the official circle for the group without being authenticated, but they won't allow rares you get just from playing.

I also bought a bunch of Cinderella Girls CDs

Do they actually still let you claim the Iori? Last time I remember trying to get it on some spare accounts, they wouldn't let me have it anymore. They went to my authenticated reward list.

Also, I'm gonna guess those two seiyuu are new, since I got nothing when I Google'd their names.

Naomi Oozora: Suzanna Popkins, Genshiken 2nd; Mary Ashley, Shining Ark
Chiyo Ousaki: Sara Rukawa (spelling?), D.C. III

... Uhm, yeah. Chiyo is the only one that people've possibly heard of. Though it looks like her more major roles have happened this year or last.

Naomi's new. Like, brand new - Genshiken 2nd hasn't aired yet, and the rest of her roles are walk-ins (maid, student, chick, some character as a baby... in flashbacks I guess), with the exception of Shining Ark which was released in February.

Seeing as Chieri and Koume, who I believe were 7th and 10th in the election, got voiced, it looks like Mayu and Karen will get voice cards too.  Next batch of Cinderella Masters will probably be Chieri, Mayu, Karen, Koume, and Anastasia.  Good batch if that's the case!
