Considering the America event didn't even give new cards IN GENERAL to the ACTUAL Americans Mary and Cathy, much less SR's like they should have had, I wouldn't hold my breath. (I mean, they gave a card to the CHINESE idol for the AMERICA event! Scamco logic... *Sigh* )

My high school crush had this hair color naturally (it was called "ash blonde"). It is extremely uncommon in Russians. With age, it turns somewhat brownish or yellow and becomes similar to "hay".
I find it somewhat odd that 1) we have an influx of foreign idols and 2) they are subdivided into two categories: with full and partial names. Mary Cochran is the first, Kate and Anastasiya are the second. Claris, I think, is a made-up name. Also, we have Fueifuei to represent China, but there's no Romi Pak.

Clarice is a real name, actually. It's the Germanic spelling (which extends to English spelling, somehow) of the Latin Clarus, meaning "Bright" or "Famous," and the Greek Clarissa meaning "Brilliant."
Feifei's Taiwanese? Learn something new every day... Doesn't make it make anymore sense, though.
I will say that Anastasia has stolen whatever part of my heart Yui didn't already have. However, I think she's only half-Russian, since her hometown is listed as "Hokkaido." But Not Too Foreign is a pretty common trope in Japanese media, for whatever reason, so it wouldn't be too out-of-place for iDOLM@STER. (Remember how Takane was originally one-fourth German or something?)
