If you go to the team org (編成), it's the big button right under the leader that says "変わる" or "change/swap". But you must retire your prospective leader from the front group first. The game allows you to select her, but unless she's a back member, you'll get a message that she's not available.

Oh, brother, that slogan! Seriously though, thanks... I was wondering about various productions available, but wasn't sure if I wanted to deal with the 4chan ones listed on the googlepages and in wikis.
