Idolmaster Cinderella Girls
s8C:
Got this going on Google Chrome, kind of bumbling my way through right now. I put in a request to join that Project Im@s group also.
I don't totally get the battle system yet. So far my strategy has been to attack people maining Yayoi because she seems to be the only Idol I win against. ahaha.

I know you need money to train and to fuse idols together (if you have doubles) but how do you earn it? I've kind of been fumbling about in that reguard...
Also the wiki is good help when it comes to picking what idols I'm going to keep, I'm glad its around.
s8C:
You can get money from working (the pink/red option that you use to find new idols and such) winning lives against other players, or selling idols you don't want. If you don't have chrome translating for you, its the third option down on the right side of the list.
It's pretty useful because I swear if that goddamn Yukari pokes her stupid head in my office one more time I'm gonna ahdhsijkfiujkhndujiokvh

Sadly most of you missed the christmas event by a day.
The X-mas Road work line gave out relatively much money per stamina cost, the chance of getting good, higher cost cards was also rediculously high, giving you tons of lesson fodder and a good line up of idols who will improve your unit.
Selling idols is a waste of money imo because money is practically useless.

!!!Join a production!!! The stat points you get are extremely useful.
Pick up a 7 cost rare Iori for joining the iM@S CG circle. Not sure how long the promotion stays. It only takes a few clicks and you get a killer card. Not only does she have good stats, her power is useful for any attacking unit; Raise attack for all types, medium.
See those awesome rewards from promotions, events and beating stages?
You can't get those without a verified account. For silly gaijins like most of us it'd be pretty much impossible to verify, so ignore those.
Don't forget to pick up your daily free gatcha.
Maxing affection increases stats of an idol and it'll be marked on your album. You can obtain cards by maxing idols a lot of idols.
Early on it's a waste of points to invest in stamina, heck I still wonder what's the use of investing points in that later on.
Having more attack allows you to use higher cost cards., duh.
Having more def allows you to use higher costs cards in your defense team, also works as a bluff to scare potential opponents away if you have a high def.
The way you basically play a live battle is by beating up your opponent's defense team, you take their money and a costume piece.
The same happens for you so if you're collecting pieces, keep your defense up or people will steal your stuff a lot.
Only attack values are used when you attack, def astats is useless when attacking. Every point you currently have will be used.
A couple of def points will be used up when you're attacked.
Nb. You get money if you succesfully defended.
If you have tons of fodder cards, it's better leveling pure attackers and pure defenders instead of allrounders.
Sure, allrounders get more stats than pures but it'll weaken yor team in the long run. Imagine a decent cost attacker getting 80-100 atk points per level and an insignificant amount of def. The inverse for a decent defense idol.
An allrounder would get 50-75 for both stats
