It doubles the rate of communication events, both normal ones and special ones.

"ふぁぁ…おはようございます" would be "Fuaa, good morning.", right? This one is kind of easy I guess but still want to know if I got it right.

Unfortunately, I can't get her... as well as a whole bunch of other gifts that have been sitting in there since I started playing?
Why is that? Is it cause my account isn't verified? If so, can and how do I do so?

yes, its because your account isn't verified
there are several ways to verify , and for now all of them requires you to either be in japan or have a friend in japan because you need a japanese phone number
we used to be able to get verified outside of japan but that requires purchase of a japanese sim card
however that option is no longer available because of something softbank did
