Also a question, can I buy mobacoin and use the gachas even if I'm unverified? If I can, then my team could have been not terrible a long time ago.

I wish they would be a little bit more fair about which idols to give rares to though... Also I'm just not a fan of Nao or Kirari. =x

about the mobacoins questions
you do not need to be verified to buy and use mobacoins(in case stuffs go into the gift box, they will go into the unverified friendly one)
you don't have to be in japan to buy mobacoins but you have to go through some sort of proxy(which means a little extra),though I've only heard people use sutocorp since the other one closed
in japan though its 1 JPY = 1 mobacoin
and wow
I love all the plus cards in this event except Chie's SR+
