about the mobacoins questions
you do not need to be verified to buy and use mobacoins(in case stuffs go into the gift box, they will go into the unverified friendly one)
you don't have to be in japan to buy mobacoins but you have to go through some sort of proxy(which means a little extra),though I've only heard people use sutocorp since the other one closed
in japan though its 1 JPY = 1 mobacoin
