It's Kirari. A small running joke is how Kirari always hold Anzu, sometimes to the point of manhandling. Another is Kirari's always-rising height that eventually she'd be a giant. The pics shows both.

Also, it's sad. An imas fighting game would be something I'd main in a heartbeat. Eh, since it's fake, it gives me more reason to make one myself. XD
