it isn't a good idea for better rares and SRs(and maybe the cards you like)
to get perfect stats you need to max affection and max level on both cards before merging
again this is important only if the card is good maxmerging useless cards are useless unless you really like that card

Individual stats wise, she's weaker than Akane and Kirarin on her own, but she has a big buff to all types, so her cost is bumped up.

tip: very big buff to all types are actually weaker than very big buffs to single/dual types
