You forgot to mention the untradable stams/enas for 5 medals each, which are much more useful.
As for Akane breaking the 1000:cost barrier, I fear Power Creep is in our future.

Just would like to ask, other than trades, how does one get a specific SR that has already been released? Is it possible to get it from the Premium Gacha or impossible to get anywhere else anymore?

it depends on what type of SR
event SRs are only obtainable on specific events , for example Kanako in this event
gacha SRs have 2 kinds : permanent gacha and limited gacha(used to be completion gacha)
invite SRs are only obtainable if you invite 10 verified people to the game and are also limited, the current iSR is Takane
its possible to get permanent gacha SRs from premium gacha
