I don't know all the details, but it's supposed to be similar to fairy raising in Bahamut. Production chooses their patron idol and everyone levels it communally or something. I never really tried Bahamut so I could be off

Seems like they're a unit/group of friends. They all have the same bear strap thing, and they mention eachother in their intros.

The new "New Generation" looks real nice. Sakura is my least favorite, however.
Ako seems like she could be obsessed with money, which would be funny, and Izumi kinda reminds me of Eri? ???

so if that true is this mean Mio not have change enjoy the spotlight like Rin and Uzuki?

Hopefully not, but Ako does seem that she may fit better with Uzuki and Rin. If we could get a translation, that would help a little. But it all boils down to how popular they get. Does anyone have the R+ for these newcomers?

I saw their intro lines translated and I must say that they are super similar to the DS idols, especially Sakura.

Still gonna get them if I can use them unverified though

Really? I can see Sakura, but... well... While I love Eri, Izumi looks like she has a LOT more social skills and confidence, and Ako is... well, she seems nothing like Ryo at all, even ignoring the whole "She's an actual girl" thing. (Also, Ryo would be/should be Cool-type. Ai is basically Passion-type, but would probably be put in Cute since her color's pink and she's kind of an expy of Yayoi and everyone thinks she's an expy of Haruka. Eri kinda fits in with Cool, but I'd put her in Cute because of the shy thing. But she'd be put in Cool, I'm sure...) Of course, she seems a bit like Ritsuko, but with a genkiness level of 500 milliyayois. (Yes, Yayoi is now the metric standard of genkiness. But a yayoi ranking above 1 is almost never heard of outside Kirari, who has roughly 2.5 yayois. /stupid joke) Also, Sakura looks like she's a lot calmer than Ai, which is a good thing, right? (And if I'm being honest, she's really cute. Look at those pigtails!)

Where did you find their translated intros? If you can't find them again, in what ways do you see them as similar to the DS idols?

Their translated lines were something like (I'm paraphrasing here so)

Ako - We'll become superstar idols and hit it rich! Just leave it to the three of us and aim for a smooth ride to the top!

Sakura - My special trait is... er... smiling a lot? ehehe... Just leave it to us.

Izumi - I may be... too boring a person to be an idol. But I can give it a shot. For those two.

Izumi: I...might not have much character but...well, I'll give it a try. We can do it with the two of us. This idol thing.

Sakura:  My special trait is...errr...ehe, ehehe♪ lots of smile! The three of us will do our best.

Ako's wasn't posted I think. After looking again I think I was just jumping to conclusions.

So... Ako=Genki Ritsuko with an emphasis on money (or like that reporter from Yes! Precure 5), Sakura=Ai/Haruka/Uzuki-alike but with more emphasis on the "nakama" thing(or your standard heroine), Izumi=Somewhat like a less shy Yukiho(... no anime examples of her character type off the top of my head...). She doesn't have the same quirks that made Eri stand out, and her self-confidence problems are more like Yukiho than Eri.

... I have this suspicion that the girls have nicknames for eachother; namely, Izumin, Saku-chan, and... I got nothing for Ako, so she might not have a nickname.

Does anyone know how the verification process goes? I understand that you have to put in a Japanese phone number and they send you a SMS. What happens after that and what will the SMS say?

You enter the code sent to you and you must re-login. But don't worry of not being able to access your account again, just resign up with the verified email and remake your password. Your account will be locked to that phone number and you can collect presents, trade, and other stuff for all mobage games.

Also how do I select one of those idols for my production?

The only problem with SMS verification is that it's disabled for some people for whatever reason. Expect to pay money for a long distance call to verify by phone.

I hope this kind of thing will become standard. You get to choose which idol you want to work toward from the beginning, no slogging through 40 floors like in survivals

You do have to complete all 3 of them if you want to unlock Kanako but hey
