I didn't think it was available for smartphones at first, so this kinda surprised me. I wonder why I didn't look at the games catalog harder, though, it was a few clicks away this whole time. -_-;

Though going through the site, as long as you have a good browser and a mobage account, I think you should be good, it seems totally browser based. So, don't worry, if your Android has a browser, it can play it. If you have something else, you're probably still good.

It's a browser game, and it doesn't seem like IP ban is in effect. Also, you only need a mobage account, and that's most of the authentication that happens. So, the answer is yes.

The IP ban is not in effect.

The only thing is you are not able to do is the phone verification, because you will need a Japanese phone number for that. A phone verified account can purchase DLC items, and obtain special gifts from events.

But overall you could still play the game and access to most contents without phone verification.
