I've been around for the past few months. I'm probably most known as one of the two members of the Idolm@ster Gameplay Wiki project (imas.wikia.com). The other member, SakuraSylph, does not have an account here, but he says hi too.
General stuff: I'm in my late 20's. I live with SakuraSylph from said above wiki project and with my "daughter", Rin.

(
http://www.volksusa.com/dolpa21rin.html) I grew up in a large family and feel like I did more than my fair share of parenting as the oldest, so no interest in real kids. A doll is plenty fine. She's cheaper than a real kid *and* won't break my stuff. Heh... I live in Hawaii, which is simultaneously awesome and annoying. I'm not actually from Hawaii, I just move around thanks to work. My Japanese isn't that great so I'm constantly bugging SakuraSylph to tell me what something means.
im@s: I've been playing im@s since 2008. Found a bunch of videos from the 360 version of im@s 1 and really got interested. Imported a Japanese 360 and, well, been playing im@s ever since. I am also glad to say I've actually seen a real im@s arcade machine, when I went to Japan last spring, in the Don Quixote store in Akiba. I didn't actually play it. I watched SakuraSylph produce Chihaya for a while. I was far more interested in spending my arcade yen for Taiko no Tatsujin.
My hobbies: Gaming is my largest one. I own all current consoles minus the 3DS (not enough games I want for it yet) and the Wii (I used to have one but sold it because I didn't play it much). I have been playing games since the NES days and importing games since the PS1 games.
Other hobbies include writing, computers, anime and manga, traveling, and, to a minor extent, ball jointed dolls. I'm also trying to fulfill a childhood dream of learning guitar. I am not very good so far.
Favorite im@s girl: I hate picking favorites for anything, but I suppose I'd have to go for Ritsuko. Mainly because, thanks to computers and video games, I wear glasses (I can never get contacts in my eyes) and she also wears glasses.
