Well, just hit Edit on the page, and start typing. You can start by surgically removing bits and replacing them, just to see what happens. Preview your changes first, though, hitting the changelog with 100 entries makes things hard to track. If it's just lyrics or text, I imagine it wouldn't be too hard.
Remember, you can Preview before you Commit, so if you don't like your changes, you can back out before they go up.
