Chapter 4: Tropical Honeymoon

Back at Resort Tropicale, morning has arrived, and in the beach house they're staying in, Leicester and Carina are still sleeping in bed, both of them in their underwear, and holding each other's left hand, the hands where their wedding rings reside. As the morning light comes in through the window, Carina opens her attractive blue eyes and turns her head right to face her husband. This is their first morning as a married couple.

Lady Carina decides to give Leicester what she just loves to give him in the morning to wake him up. She leans her head in and kisses him on the lips. Leicester's eyes open up as he sees his wife kissing him awake, and he decides to kiss her back. As they break the kiss, Carina decides to say good morning to Leicester.

Carina: Good morning, my love.

Leicester: Good morning, my sweet.

Leicester pulls back the sheets so that both his and Carina's bodies are exposed, then he gets out of bed and goes to the side where his wife is lying down. Seeing her still in her bra and panties, her chest rising and falling with each breath she takes, he decides to take his hands and begin tickling Carina's stomach.

Leicester: Tickle, tickle, tickle.

Carina starts laughing nonstop as Leicester tickles her exposed stomach. He just can't resist being playful with her and making her laugh. He can tell she has a ticklish tummy.

Carina: (Laughing) Leicester, what are you doing?

Leicester: I'm tickling your stomach, sweetheart. I hope that's okay.

Carina: (Still laughing) Yeah, but what's the reason?

Leicester: No reason, except to hear your sweet laugh.

Carina: (Still laughing) Well, I'm quite ticklish.

Leicester: I know. That's why I'm tickling you.

Carina: (Still laughing) Leicester, honey. Stop tickling me.

Leicester: (Playfully) Not until you say three little words.

Carina: (Still laughing) All right. I love you. I love you. I love you!

Leicester stops tickling Carina's sexy stomach, then helps her out of bed. He just couldn't resist making her laugh. Leicester then wraps his arms around Carina and begins to kiss her on the cheek multiple times. Carina blushes and giggles with each kiss while Leicester is able to feel her soft skin against his arms.

After Leicester gently lets go of her, Carina pushes her husband onto the bed and falls onto the bed with him. The two wrap their arms around each other while lying down on the bed.

Carina: (Blushing) I love you, Leicester.

Leicester: (Blushing) And I love you, Carina.

The newlyweds share another passionate kiss while lying down on the bed. After they break the kiss, the two of them get back up, Leicester still holding his wife in his arms.

Carina: Leicester, we need to get ready.

Leicester: You're right. (Passionately) How about a bath together?

Carina blushes at what Leicester is suggesting to her. Both of them took extensive baths on the morning of their wedding day, but this time around, they can enjoy bathing together. With this in mind, both of them head into the bathroom, closing the door.

At least half-an-hour passes before the couple comes out of the bathroom, Leicester with a towel wrapped around his waist and Carina with a towel wrapped around her body. Going up to the bed, the two wrap their arms around each other and share yet another kiss. After breaking the kiss, they both look into each other's eyes passionately.

Leicester: You look pretty.

Carina: Well, thanks for telling me that, honey.

Leicester: Well, you're beautiful.

Carina: (Blushing deeply) Thank you, my love.

Some more time passes before the bedroom door opens up and Leicester and Carina come out wearing clothes appropriate for the topical climate of the island. Leicester is wearing a shirt and shorts while Carina is wearing an island girl dress, including a lovely flower in the left side of her hair. Both of them head into the main room of the house hand-in-hand.

Carina: Leicester, honey, didn't your mom tell us her wedding present to us is here?

Leicester: She did. I think it's in here.

Leicester guides Carina to a drawer with a card sitting on top of it. He picks up the card and gives it to his wife to read.

Carina: (Reading)  "Dear Leicester,

If you're reading this, then you should check what's in the drawer for you. It's something your father and I want you and you new wife to have.

Sincerely, your voluptuous mother, Shelley"

Carina: Leicester, I think you were supposed to read this.

Leicester: Well, (Kisses Carina on the cheek), I think you should see what our present is.

Carina: (Blushing) Okay, my sweet.

Carina opens the drawer to see a red-color crystal object in it. The newlyweds both know what the object is.

Leicester: The Red Prismati Relic?

Carina: Leicester, didn't your father always keep this in a special case here?

Leicester: Yeah. (Looks at the crystal) But I guess he wants us to have it now. (To Carina) Doesn't your father have the Blue Prismati Relic?

Carina: Yes, he does.

Leicester: And we both know that the Green Prismati Relic is kept at the cathedral.

Carina: Wasn't one other one discovered as well?

Leicester: Yeah. The Yellow Prismati Relic. Mizeh Altworth has that one. I think the other four have never been found. Anyway, this is for you.

Leicester takes the Red Prismati Relic and gives it to Carina. Upon the crystal coming in contact with her hands, the Rainbow Crystite necklace Carina's wearing begins to glow, amazing both of them.

Leicester: Carina, honey, your necklace's glowing.

Carina: It must be reacting to the Prismati Relic.

Carina decides to give the Prismati Relic back to her husband.

Carina: Leicester, I want you to have it. (Looking at her necklace) The necklace you made for me is enough. I think you should hold onto the Prismati Relic.

Carina kisses Leicester on the lips as he takes the Prismati Relic into his hands. While still holding onto it, he wraps his arms around his wife and kisses her back. Upon them breaking the kiss and embrace, Carina's necklace stops glowing.

Leicester: You're right. After all, it belonged to my parents. I'll treasure it well.

Carina: Leicester, my love, have you ever heard the legend about the Prismati Relics, about the Rainbow Castle?

Leicester: I think I may have a long time ago, but I don't remember.

Carina: Well, my father used to tell me the story a lot when I was little. If you want to remember it, I can tell you.

Carina and Leicester go to the couch and sit on it together. Carina then begins to tell about the legend of the Rainbow Castle.

[Music: Sonic Riders: Legend of the Babylonians]

Carina: We both know about the Prismati Relics. There are said to be eight of them; Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Teal, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. While we know that the Relics themselves exist, we've only heard about what they're used for.

Leicester: I think I remember the story now. I'd like to hear more, my love.

Carina: Okay then. (Kisses Leicester on the cheek) Anyway, it's said that the Prismati Relics are linked to an ancient structure called the Rainbow Castle. Within it is the Spectral Prism, a very powerful Artifact. When all eight Prismati Relics are placed around it, the Prism will divert all the El energy in the world into it.

Carina begins to reveal what the Spectral Prism is capable of.

Carina: Whoever activates the Spectral Prism can channel all the El into themselves. Who knows what it will do to them, however.

Leicester: Does anyone know where the Rainbow Castle is?

Carina: Sadly, no. While the Prismati Relics are known, the Rainbow Castle and Spectral Prism are just a myth. People have searched their entire lives and never found the place. If the Rainbow Castle even exists, it's never been found.

[Legend of the Babylonians ends]

Leicester: Wow. That's quite a story. Do you think the Rainbow Castle exists?

Carina: Actually, I do. My father always talked about that while the Rainbow Castle would be a major discovery, because of the danger it holds if one were to try to use it to harness the world's El, it should never be found.

Leicester: Well I know this. The Prismati Relics are already an amazing discovery, but their amazement is only surpassed by Minette, and by you.

As Lady Carina blushes at her husband's statement, Leicester gives her another kiss on the lips while wrapping his arms around her.

Back in Ert'Aria, at the Duke's mansion, Minette, wearing her normal outfit, is making her way through the huge place, amazed at everything there is inside it. A maid notices the automata girl and heads up to her to ask if she wants anything.

Maid: Minette, is there anything I can get for you?

Fabious gave all the servants and maids of the mansion orders to give Minette anything she wants and do anything she says. After all, she's the guest of honor in the house, not to mention that the Duke of Ert'Aria is now her maternal grandfather.

Minette: Well… Can I go see Grandpa?

Maid: Of course, milady. I'll take you to him.

The maid takes Minette to where the Duke is, who is excited to see her. Minette goes up to him and gives him a hug.

Minette: Hi, Grandpa!

Fabious: Hi, Minette. How are you enjoying it here?

Minette: This mansion is really huge.

Fabious: Has anyone here given you a tour of this place yet?

Minette: No, can you give me one?

Fabious: I'd be delighted to show you around.

Fabious takes Minette's hand and personally guides her throughout the mansion. They pass through a lot of areas, such as the large dining room, the ballroom, and an outdoor area where Fiore is, who is excited to see Minette.

Minette: Hi, Grandma!

Fiore: Hi, Minette. Is your grandfather showing you around?

Fabious: Yes I am. I don't want Minette to get lost here.

Fiore: Well, you enjoy yourself here, Minette. It's nice that you're visiting.

Fabious and Minette leave the outdoor area and continue their tour or the mansion. At one point, the Duke leads Minette into a room with a number of treasures, including a blue crystal encased in a glass case, the Blue Prismati Relic. Minette is amazed at the crystal and goes up to it.

Fabious: I see you've found the Blue Prismati Relic.

Minette: Blue Prismati Relic?

Minette thinks back to when Carina showed her the Green Prismati Relic. She never knew that the blue one was found here.

Minette: Mama showed me the green one. Well, she wasn't my mama at the time.

Fabious: Well, Carina's your mother now, and I know she loves you very much.

Fabious looks toward the Blue Prismati Relic and has an idea on a story to tell his granddaughter.

Fabious: Minette, have you ever heard of the legend of the Rainbow Castle?

Minette: No, I haven't. What's the Rainbow Castle?

Fabious: It's a story I used to tell Carina when she was a child. It's said that the Prismati Relics are connected to it.

Minette: I'd like to hear the story.

Fabious: (Closed-eye expression) Okay then.

The Duke decides to tell Minette about the Rainbow Castle.

[Music: Pokemon XD: Gateon Port]

Back at Resort Tropicale, Leicester and Carina are now taking a walk through the village that's nearby. Noticing a small seafood restaurant, Leicester decides to treat his wife to a nice lunch. After they head inside, a little later, the couple has gotten a table and they both have lobsters and salads in front of them. A glass with shrimp cocktails lining the edge and cocktail sauce is in the middle of the table as well as a large glass of lemonade, complete with a small umbrella and two straws, meaning the newlyweds are sharing the beverage.

Carina: Leicester, this is a nice thing to do for us.

Leicester: Anything for the love of my life.

Carina starts to break into her lobster with claw crackers, then takes some of the meat out with a small fork. She then sprinkles some lemon on it, then dips it into the cup of melted butter that's on her plate. Carina then puts the lobster bite in her mouth and eats it.

Leicester does the same thing with his lobster, but he gives the piece to Carina, gently putting in into her mouth. After she finishes eating the piece, she gives one of her pieces to her husband, who enjoys it as well. The couple also enjoys the fries and vegetables on their plates, as well as their salads, and at times give pieces of food to each other.

Upon the happy couple having finished their food, they both drink from the lemonade that's on their table, and enjoy a brownie dessert together. Being the gentleman he is, Leicester pays for both their meals and after doing so, they head out of the restaurant while looking at each other.

Carina: That was a wonderful lunch.

Leicester: Mind if I get you something else, my love?

Carina: (Closed-eye expression) What is it that you have in mind?

Leicester takes his wife to an ice cream stand and gets both of them ice cream. Leicester holds both cones as Carina licks the ice cream that belongs to her, looking towards the love of her life while she eats her ice cream.

Once both of them are finished with their ice cream, the newlyweds decide to wrap their arms around each other and share a kiss, both of them able to taste the ice cream on the other's lips. They look at each other passionately after breaking the kiss.

Carina: I love you, Leicester.

Leicester: I love you, Carina.

Carina: Are you ready to head back, my love?

Leicester: I am.

Later, back at the beach house, Carina is out on the water wearing her bikini, although she's not wearing the shawl or sarong she normally wears with it. She sees Leicester, wearing a pair of swim trunks, come off the beach and into the water to join her. Upon reaching his wife, Leicester scoops up some water and playfully splashes Carina with it, who laughs happily.

Carina: Leicester, (Putting her arms around Leicester) nice of you to join me.

Leicester: I've always liked you in your bikini. You look so radiant when wearing it.

Carina: You think?

Carina lets go of Leicester and steps back a bit, then pulls off a sexy pose, sparkles of water all around her as she giggles. Leicester is quite amazed at what Carina is doing. He also happens to be closely looking at her breasts.

Leicester: Well, I have you all to myself here.

Carina: (Blushing) Of course you do.

The newlyweds decide to have some more fun in the water by playfully splashing each other, laughing while doing so. At one point, Lady Carina tackles Leicester into the water, who ends up staring at her breasts as he gets up.

Leicester: You look very beautiful today, my love.

Carina: Well, don't I always?

Leicester: Yeah, (Blushing) but your beauty grows each day.

Carina: (Passionately) Oh, Leicester.

Leicester: (Passionately) Oh, Carina.

The couple ends up sharing another kiss with their arms are wrapped around each other while Leicester sits up in the water. After they break the kiss, Carina helps Leicester back up, who wraps his arms around her wet body, allowing him to feel her moist skin and the water dripping from it. More water drips from Carina's hair as Leicester kisses her on the cheek.

Carina: (Blushing and giggling) Leicester, what's gotten into you?

Leicester: You, my sweet.

Leicester starts to kiss Carina on the cheek repeatedly, Carina blushing and giggling with each kiss. Each time Leicester kisses his wife, the Jewel of Ert'Aria can feel her heart flutter.

Carina: (Giggling, closed-eye expression) Okay, Leicester. I love you. I love you. I love you.

Leicester: (Kissing Carina on the cheek) That only works when I'm tickling you.

Leicester kisses his wife on the cheek some more, who eventually turns her head towards him, allowing his lips to touch hers, and the two share another kiss. After Leicester gently lets go of her, Carina puts her arms behind his neck. She then gives him yet another kiss on the lips. After doing so, Carina pulls Leicester out into the water and they both go under.

Underwater, the two lovers start swimming together, holding each other's hands while doing so. They happen to be amazed at how beautiful the coral they can see is. After surfacing briefly, they dive back down and head for the coral, where Carina kind of sits down on it, putting her arms around Leicester and resting her head on his shoulder. They decide to spend the few moments they can be underwater here before surfacing yet again.

Carina and Leicester swim back to the surface one more time, and then go back underwater. Underwater, the two lovers look at each other passionately, then embrace one another and share an underwater kiss. After breaking the kiss, the two of them head back to the surface, where they wrap their arms around each other and look into each other's eyes lovingly.

Leicester: That was exhilarating, Carina.

Carina: Thank you, my love.

Later, back on the beach, Carina has the shawl and sarong that goes with her bikini on as she sits in a lawn chair under an umbrella. Leicester comes up with two tropical juice drinks, one that he gives to his wife. Both drinks have lemon and lime slices on the sides of the glasses and tiny umbrellas in the glasses. The beverages also have pieces of tropical fruit in them. Leicester sits in a lawn chair next to Carina's and the two touch their glasses together.

Leicester: A toast to us, sweetheart?

Carina: A toast to us, and our love.

The newlyweds drink from each other's glasses, then decide to hold hands while looking out at the ocean. Leicester notices that he's holding the hand where his wife's wedding ring is, which shines in the sunlight. He turns his head to face Carina, who turns her head to face him, and they both lean their heads in and share another kiss.

After the two of them are finished with their tropical juice beverages, Lady Carina gets up and decides to head back into the beach house to get ready to surprise Leicester.

Leicester: Carina, honey. Where are you going?

Carina: (Sultry eyes) I have something special to show you.

Carina heads back into the beach house for a few moments, Leicester wondering what she has planned for him. It's not long before he hears Carina's voice once more.

Carina: Aloha!

[Music: Hawaiian Hula Dance Music]

Leicester turns to see Carina standing in the doorway, dressed as a hula dancer. She's wearing a green grass skirt that goes down to her knees, a pink top that shows a good amount of cleavage, a red-color flower lei, pink flower rings on her wrists, a pair of fancy woven sandals, and a nice-looking tropical flower in the left side of her hair. The look Carina shows off is sexy and radiant, as a soft giggle from her adds to the scene while she brushes her pinkish blonde hair.

Leicester is just struck by his wife's tropical looks and he can't look away as he gets up and faces her. He can also tell that in her right hand, Carina is holding another flower lei, for him.

Leicester: Carina… You look… You look… just beautiful.

Leicester was just barely able to finish his sentence upon seeing Carina dressed in a hula outfit. The Jewel of Ert'Aria starts to head up to Leicester, and once she reaches him, she puts the extra lei around his neck.

Carina: Never thought you'd see me as a hula girl, my love?

Leicester: I guess not.

Carina grabs onto Leicester's left arm and takes him back to where he was sitting, gently pushing him into the chair upon doing so.

Carina: Would you like for me to dance for you, sweetheart?

Leicester: Dance for me? I'd love it.

Lady Carina steps back several feet, then takes her arms into a hula sway pose and begins to hula dance for Leicester. He can tell that his wife must have learned to do the hula at some point in her life, as she's performing the dance perfectly. With every hand sway, hip swing, and swishing of her hula skirt, Carina shows off radiance under the tropical sun. Leicester is amazed that she's doing the hula for him, and only him.

Eventually, Carina finishes her hula dance, as Leicester gets up out of the chair he's sitting in and starts to applause her. Carina looks towards Leicester with sexy eyes.

Carina: Leicester, honey. I take it you loved my dance.

Leicester: Carina, you dance better than anyone else I know.

Carina: (Sexy look) Well, Leicester. Let me give you something more.

Carina goes up to Leicester and upon reaching him, pushes him backwards onto the ground. Wondering what his wife is doing to him while looking up at her, he tries to get up, but Carina puts her left foot on his stomach and pushes him back down. She then starts to get down over him as she puts her hands on his shoulders and is practically on top of him. In fact, Carina gets so close to Leicester that her breasts start to push up against his body. She starts to move her head in towards his, her lips ready to kiss his, and she plants them on his lips and begins kissing him very passionately. In fact, Leicester can feel Carina's tongue in his mouth, and he decides to do the same and start kissing her back, his tongue entering her mouth. During the deepest kiss they've ever had, Leicester thinks about Carina, and he never thought that she would act so sexy or intimate, but she's been acting as such from time to time since they began their honeymoon. The kiss lasts a while, and eventually, the two gently break the kiss.

With the deep kiss over, Carina moves to the right of Leicester and lies beside him. The two take each other's hands and look into each other's eyes passionately.

Carina: Leicester…

Leicester: Carina…

Carina: Leicester…

Leicester: Carina…

Carina: Leicester…

Leicester: Carina…

Leicester puts his head on Carina's chest and starts listening to her heartbeat once again. Carina doesn't mind his head pushing up against her breasts.

"thu-thump", "thu-thump", "thu-thump", "thu-thump", "thu-thump"

Carina: Leicester, I love it when you listen to my heart.

Leicester: I can't help it. You have the most wonderful sounding heart.

Leicester just loves listening to Lady Carina's warm, soft, and soothing heart. While he holds on to her left hand, he takes his head off her chest, then kisses the precise area of her chest where her heart is, feeling Carina's heartbeat against his lips, and causing her heart rate to increase.

Carina: (Blushing) Leicester, my heart's going a lot faster… and I love it.

Carina kisses the top part of Leicester's head as he listens to her now stronger heartbeat. Some time passes before he moves his head off her chest and helps both of them up. As the sun bathes both of them, the two newlyweds look into each other's eyes, embrace, and share a long kiss, Leicester feeling Carina's sun-kissed skin against his arms.

Carina: (Breaking the kiss) I love you, Leicester.

Leicester: And I love you, Carina.

Carina notices her Rainbow Crystite necklace take in some sunlight and give off a beautiful array of rainbow colors, amazing both her and Leicester.

[Hawaiian Hula Dance Music ends]

Much later, night has fallen once more, and Leicester, wearing his usual night clothes, heads into the bedroom to find his wife wearing some sexy lingerie, similar to the kind Shelley wore at the bachelorette party, except the same shade of blue as Carina's normal outfit. Leicester is able to see Carina's stomach and panties through the see-through attachment coming from her bra, and he can't stop looking at her.

Carina: Leicester, how do I look?

Leicester: You look wonderful.

Carina: Leicester, sorry for pushing you to the ground and kissing you that strongly today. I never acted like that before. I guess that since we're now married, I feel compelled to do things with you that I've never done before.

Leicester: Honey, why are you apologizing?

Leicester goes up to his wife and sits down next to her, putting his arms under the attachment of her lingerie, and wrapping them around her bare stomach.

Leicester: It's only natural for you to have sexual feelings about us. (Kisses her on the cheek) We are married now, after all. Besides, (Kisses her again) I kind of loved it.

Carina: (Blushing) Thank you, my love.

Carina turns her head to face her husband and kisses him on the lips. Leicester then starts to gently rock her back and forth. Lady Carina puts her head on Leicester's shoulder and closes her eyes while smiling. Their love grows more and more each second.

Author Notes
I've got chapter 4 of my fanfic ready. It's mostly about Leicester and Carina enjoying their honeymoon. Sorry if some of the things Leicester and Carina do are repetitive, especially all the kissing, but they're just so much in love.

Also, Carina decides to put on a hula skirt and dance for Leicester in one scene. >u< (You can see a pic I made of Carina dressed as a hula girl here.)

Also, about when Carina kisses Leicester on the beach. As stated in the fic, it's something she's not known to normally do and she herself admits to it in the chapter.

I had to look a quite a bit around Youtube to find a track that suited the hula dance Carina gives Leicester. I've decided to go with the one I listed below.

Minette has a small role in this chapter as well, as more about the Prismati Relics are revealed. Note that I had originally planned to include another scene at the end of this chapter, but due to its length, it'll be the first scene of chapter 5.

Chapter 5 is going to be where the action plot starts to kick in, but I might slow down on writing this fanfic for the time being.

Chapter 5: Taken From Us

Later during the night, back at the Verritti mansion in Ert'Aria, Minette is asleep in the room she's staying in. While she's asleep in her bed, she's holding a green-and-yellow plush doll that resembles a sunflower, but has bunny ears, feet with two toes, leaf-like arms, and a wire-like tail ending with a green ball. The doll's face is a cute one with closed eyes and a big smile.

Elsewhere in the mansion, Chelsea is keeping guard along with a few more of the Sacred Knights, part of the promotion she was given. Being a bit lost, she heads into another part of the mansion, where she finds something shocking. The two Sacred Knights here, two female ones that Chelsea is acquaintances with, are seriously injured. She runs up to them to ask them who attacked them.

Chelsea: What happened here?

1st Knight: It was… some man.

2nd Knight: He attacked us with some Artifact that looked like a crystite.

1st Knight: We tried to hold him off… but he was too strong.

Chelsea: Stay here. I'm going to get some help.

Chelsea makes her way through the he mansion, and manages not to get lost. She eventually makes it to outside Fabious and Fiore's bedroom, where two male Sacred Knights are keeping guard.

3rd Knight: Chelsea, what is it?

Chelsea: There's an intruder in the mansion! He attacked two of the knights!

4th Knight: Really?!

Chelsea: I need to tell the Duke!

3rd Knight: We'll let you in!

The two Sacred Knights let Chelsea into the bedroom, where she sees Fabious and Fiore sleeping. She goes up to them and wakes them up.

Fabious: Chelsea, what's the meaning of this?

Chelsea: Someone's broken into the mansion!

Fiore: Really?

4th Knight: Whoever this person is, he attacked two of the knights!

Fabious: Do you know who the person…

Suddenly, a loud scream is heard, and it turns out to be Minette's. Realizing where the man had gone to, Fabious gets out of bed.

Fabious: That was Minette!

Fiore: Oh, no! We need to get to her immediately!

Fabious: (To Fiore) Fiore, you stay here. This man could be quite dangerous.

Fiore: Please be careful.

Fabious, Chelsea, and the two Sacred Knights head towards Minette's bedroom, one of the knights handing the Duke a sword for just in case. They eventually reach Minette's room, and head in to find the shady man from earlier holding Minette hostage.

Minette: Grandpa! Chelsea!

Fabious recognizes the man who is holding his granddaughter captive, and as a result, we no longer see the shadows making him mysterious.

Fabious: Telios?!

Telios: Fabious, nice to see you after all these years.

Fabious: I thought you… I thought you were killed when that temple collapsed!

Telios: No thanks to you, Fiore, Nagan, and Shelley.

Fabious: What are you doing here?!

Telios: I think you know exactly that. The Blue Prismati Relic.

Fabious: You're still obsessed with the Prismati Relics?!

Telios: You never understood the power they could give someone! None of you ever did! I've got six of them. All that's left are Red and Blue.

Telios makes his statement on what he wants by holding Minette tighter, causing her to shake a little with fear.

Minette: (Scared) Grandpa, help me.

Fabious: Don't you dare hurt Minette! She has nothing to do with this!

Telios: Actually, Fabious, she does! You didn't think I wouldn't know of Mizeh Altworth's masterpiece? Let me make this simple. Have those Sacred Knights there go get me the Blue Prismati Relic, tell me where the red one is, and I'll let this girl go.

Fabious: I know what you're planning with them, and I won't let that happen!

Telios: Fine then. Have it your way.

[Music: Sonic 2006: Mephiles Phase 1]

Telios pushes Minette aside as he prepares to fight the Duke, who is also ready to fight as he draws the sword given to him from one of the knights.

Fabious: Chelsea, get Minette out of here! Protect her at all costs!

Chelsea: But what about you?

Fabious: I'll be fine! We can't let him get the Prismati Relic!

Fabious turns his head from Chelsea to see Telios rushing towards him with his right fist clenched. It turns out that punching blades are wrapped around the fist. However, Fabious manages to block the sharp punch with his sword.

Chelsea makes her way to Minette and leads her out of the room.

Minette: What about Grandpa?

Chelsea: He doesn't want you to get hurt.

Chelsea and Minette run down the hall as Fabious continues to fight Telios, who reaches into his coat and pulls out the Violet Prismati Relic. A large bracelet on his right wrist starts to glow and a blast of psychic light fires out of the crystal, hitting the Duke, blowing him out of the room and into the hall, where he collides with a wall.

Fabious: (Getting up) What was that?

Telios: It's an Artifact that allows me to harness the elemental properties each Prismati Relic holds. I think you're familiar with what element each Relic holds. The one you got blasted with, Violet, holds the element of the moon.

Telios switches out the Violet Prismati Relic for the Teal one, then while holding it in his right hand, the Artifact fires a blast of ice that hits Fabious's feet, trapping him in ice.

Telios: Teal holds the power of ice.

Telios now switches out for what turns out to be the Green Prismati Relic, and while holding it out, large thorny vines burst out of the floor and wrap around Fabious.

Fabious: (Strained) How did you get the Green Relic?

Telios: I paid a visit to the cathedral before I came here. It wasn't hard getting past the knights guarding it. Anyway, Green holds the power of grass.

As Telios continues to hold out the Green Prismati Relic, causing the vines to tighten their hold on the Duke, one of the two Sacred Knights near him slashes the vines and ice, freeing him.

3rd Knight: Are you all right, Duke?

Before any answer can be given, Telios switches out for the Orange Prismati Relic and sends a small blast of light at the knight, blowing him across the hall.

Telios: Orange holds the power of the sun.

4th Knight: Get away from the Duke of Ert'Aria!

Telios: Why don't you make me!

Telios quickly switches out for the Yellow Prismati Relic and blasts the knight with a bolt of lightning from the crystal.

Fabious: Telios, are you crazy?! You could kill him!

Telios: That's the idea, Fabious! Yellow holds the power of electricity! If you don't get out of my way, I'll kill you as well!

Fabious rushes towards Telios in an attempt to slash him with the sword he's using. However, Telios manages to block the strike with a gauntlet on his left wrist, then throw the Duke back to the ground.

Telios: You underestimate me too much, Fabious! Now you'll get a taste of just what the Prismati Relics can do when combined with the proper Artifact!

Telios switches out for the Indigo Prismati Relic, and using it, sends out a blast of darkness that not only hits Fabious, but the two knights as well.

Telios: Indigo holds the power of darkness! (Sees Fabious and the Sacred Knights on the ground) I'll spare you, but I have the Blue Prismati Relic to take from here first!

Telios dashes down the hall. Meanwhile, Chelsea and Minette have made it to the room where the Blue Prismati Relic.

Minette: Chelsea, will Grandpa be all right?

Chelsea: I can't say. We need to get…

Telios: Going anywhere, you two?

Telios has caught up with the two girls and notices that the Blue Prismati Relic is in the room as well, but also notices that Chelsea is drawing her sword against him.

Telios: Thanks for guiding me to the Blue Relic.

Chelsea positions herself in front of the glass case holding the Artifact.

Chelsea: Well I won't let you have it!

Telios: Brave, aren't you? Or are you just foolish?

Both of Telios's arms transform into shadowy blades, ready to use against Chelsea.

Minette: Chelsea, be careful!

Chelsea yells as she rushes towards Telios and swings her sword at him. However, it's met by his right blade, and he swings her other one at the Sacred Knight, who manages to back up and dodge the strike.

Chelsea and Telios swing their blades repeatedly, blade meeting blade. At one point, Telios's arms return to normal and he reveals that on his left wrist is a crossbow, which he aims at the female knight.

Telios: Get out of my way!

Telios fires several arrows at Chelsea, who manages to dodge them. The last one shoots near her hair, close enough to shave off a few strands.

Chelsea: That was too close!

Telios gets out the Yellow Prismati Relic and fires a blast of electricity towards Chelsea, who manages to dodge the bolt as is shoots through the room.

Chelsea: Is that the Yellow Prismati Relic?

Telios: Yes it is! You know your Artifacts, knight!

Telios rushes Chelsea with his right fist clenched, showing the punching blade covering it. The Sacred Knight manages to block the punch with her sword, then sweeps under him, knocking him to the ground.

Chelsea: If I must, I'll finish this!

Chelsea prepares to strike down Telios with her sword, but he switches out for the Violet Prismati Relic and blasts her with a psychic force, sending her flying across the room.

Telios: No, I'll finish this!

Minette: Chelsea, please get up!

Both Chelsea and Telios get up and plan to continue fighting.

Chelsea: (To Minette) Minette, get out of here!

Chelsea goes up against Telios again, who transforms his arms back into blades. A short fight sequence occurs as the two of them swing, clash, and parry. However, when it looks like Chelsea is going to start getting the upper hand.

*slashing sound*

[Mephiles Phase 1 ends]

[Music: Shadow the Hedgehog: Hidden Memories]

Chelsea feels a sharp pain going through her as she realizes that Telios has just slashed her in the stomach with his right blade. This event is enough to make Minette turn in fear.

Minette: (Seeing Chelsea) Chelsea, no!!

The Sacred Knight falls to her knees, then falls forward as Telios heads up to the case holding the Blue Prismati Relic. He slashes at it, breaking the glass, as after his arms return to normal, he grabs the crystal, then heads to Minette.

Telios: You're coming with me.

Minette gasps as Telios grabs her with his left arm.

We still have another stop to make. We have to get the Red Prismati Relic.

As Telios leaves with both the Blue Prismati Relic and Minette with him, Chelsea is lying face first on the ground as a pool of blood starts to form under her.

Morning has come once again, and back at Resort Tropicale, Leicester and Carina have already gotten ready to start the day. Leicester is back in his shirt and shorts and Carina is wearing her island girl dress, including the magenta flower in her hair. The newlyweds are currently unaware of what had transpired back in Ert'Aria the night before. Carina heads into the dining room to find that Leicester has already prepared a big breakfast for both of them.

Leicester: Breakfast is served, my sweet.

Carina is amazed at all the food that her husband has made for both of them. He's gone as far as to make pancakes, waffles, French toast, sausage, hash browns, and eggs. Leicester even made a large glass of lemonade for the both of them.

Carina: Leicester, you did all this?

Leicester: Nothing's too good for the love of my life.

Leicester goes to his wife and kisses her on the cheek, causing her to blush. The two of them go and sit down right next to each other to eat the yummy food in front of them.

Carina: This food is great. It's as good as what Nina makes.

Leicester: Well, she did teach me a few things about cooking.

Carina: I wish I could say the same for myself.

As it turns out, Carina can't cook. She has tried a couple times and they all ended in failure. One time, she tried making lunch for Oasis and filled the whole house with smoke. Leicester knows quite well about his wife's cooking difficulties and that is one of the reasons he decided to cook breakfast himself. Better safe than sorry. Well, that and he loves her.

The couple eats the food in front of them, and then go for the lemonade, which also has some ice cubes, two lemon rings on the glass, a pair of straws, and two tiny umbrellas.

Leicester: That lemonade's fresh squeezed. It takes longer to make it that way, but for you, you deserve the best.

The newlyweds decide to put their mouths on the straws and begin drinking the tasty lemonade. They both can't help but love it.

Carina: Leicester, honey. Your lemonade's as good as what we had at our wedding.

Leicester: You think? That was what I was going for.

Carina and Leicester finish drinking the lemonade passionately. After they're done, Carina picks up both of the lemon rings with her teeth, and proceeds to share them with Leicester, who bites into them himself. They may not be as sweet as strawberries, for instance, but the couple likes the taste of lemon.

After they're done with breakfast, Leicester and Carina head out of the beach house, Carina happily holding onto Leicester's right arm. However, out in the water, they notice a small boat, and a mysterious man on the beach.

[Music: Sonic 2006: Tension… Silver Vs. Shadow]

Leicester: Just who are you?

Telios: Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Telios.

Carina: Telios?

Telios: Let's just say I'm a friend of your father's, Carina.

Carina: What do you want?

Telios: Simple, the Red Prismati Relic.

Leicester: The Red Prismati Relic?!

Telios: Exactly. All I need is that one and I'll have all of them.

Carina: I don't know who you are, (Drawing Montecchia) but we're not giving you the Prismati Relic! Not today, not ever!

Leicester: What do you plan on doing with it, anyway?!

Telios: It holds the key to infinite power. Give it to me, Leicester, or else!

Leicester: Or else what?!

Telios: Or else I'll have to take it from you by force, the hard way!

Carina: Don't you dare attack my husband!

Telios: Husband? Well will you look at this? The son of Nagan and Shelley Maycraft and the daughter of Fabious and Fiore Verritti are now married. How romantic. (Arms turn into blades) I'll take both of you down if that's what it takes!

[Tension… Silver Vs. Shadow ends]

Telios rushes towards Leicester and Carina with the intent on striking one of them. Leicester pulls out his weapon and manages to block one of Telios's blades.

Telios: Impressive. But can you dodge this?!

Telios prepares to slash Leicester with his other arm blade, but Carina is able to aim Monte at the evil man.

Carina: Monte, Special Blast!

A small circle appears on the ground around Carina and in front of Monte, then a blast of magical energy shoots out and hits Telios dead on, sending him flying from her husband.

Telios: (Getting up) So that's how this is going to be!

Telios's arms return to normal and he reaches into his coat and pulls out the Orange Prismati Relic and aims it at the couple. A huge blast of light energy shoots out of it.

Leicester: Carina, watch out!!

Leicester pushes himself and his wife out of the way of the blast, but they're still flown a bit due to the blast. Both of them manage to get up.

Carina: What was that?!

Leicester: It came from the Prismati Relic he's holding!

Telios: The power of the Prismati Relics! I don't think you were ever told about what they could do!

Telios decides to switch for the Blue Prismati Relic. He holds it behind him and as the crystal glows, the water behind him starts to swell and as he swings the Relic forward, the water surges onto the beach and straight for Leicester and Carina.

Carina: (Aiming Monte) Monte, Magic Barrier!

A circular barrier forms in front of Leicester and Carina, repelling the water surge to the sides of them. The water then flows back into the ocean.

Telios: Blue holds the power of water, for instance!

Telios switches out for the Yellow Prismati Relic and sends several bolts of lightning at Carina and Leicester. All but one of them rips past the newlyweds, but the final one is going straight for them.

Carina: Monte, Special Blast again!

Carina fires another magical blast from Monte, which collides with the bolt and cancels out both projectiles. Telios puts the Prismati Relic away and transforms his arms back into blades. He then rushes Carina and Leicester at an incredible speed.

Telios: Can you dodge this?!

Leicester and Carina dodge in different directions, but Telios's right blade nicks Carina's dress and rips out the right sleeve plus a bit more, exposing part of her bra.

Carina: (Noticing her dress) Hey! This dress was special!

Telios: Oh, I'll cut more than that!

Telios is about to go for Carina again, but her husband manages to fire a laser from his weapon at the evil man's back, knocking him to the ground.

Carina: (Looking at Leicester) Leicester, my love! Thank you!

Telios gets back up and turns to face Leicester, ready to attack him with his blades again.

Telios: Both you and your lovely wife are going to give me the Prismati Relic!

Telios runs towards Leicester, and his left blade is met with the blade of Leicester's weapon. With an opportunity to attack, Carina aims Monte at Telios.

Carina: Starry Wave!

A magic book appears in front of Carina and opens up as Monte fires a wave of star-shaped projectiles that home in on Telios and knock him back from Leicester.

However, Telios then gets up as he turns his arms back to normal, pulls out the Orange Prismati Relic and holds it up into the air. The Artifact fires a wave of light energy that Leicester and Carina are unable to dodge in time and are sent flying. A bit of Leicester's shirt is burned off as a result, plus the left part of the lower half of Carina's dress, exposing part of her panties.

Leicester: Carina, are you all right?!

Carina: I'm fine, but that blast was powerful!

Telios: That's because the Orange Prismati Relic draws its power from the sun! The brighter the sun, the more powerful it is!!

Carina and Leicester manage to get back up and face Telios. Telios switches out for the Yellow Prismati Relic and fires a blast of lightning at Carina.

Leicester: CARINA!!!

Not having much time to react, Leicester rushes to block the electric bolt aimed at his wife. He manages to get in front of it and attempt to block it with his weapon. Most of the blast is deflected, but Leicester still gets hit by the rest and falls to the ground.

[Vs. Character ends]

[Music: Pokémon Black/White: Vs. N]

Carina: Leicester, no!

Telios: One down, one to go!

Telios aims his crossbow at Carina and fires a barrage of arrows at her. The ojou-sama gets Monte ready to form a barrier to block them.

Carina: Magical Barrier!

A circular barrier appears in front of Carina and blocks the arrows. However, Telios has once more transformed his arms into blades and rushes the Jewel of Ert'Aria. In the space of a couple seconds, Carina ends up using Monte to block one of the strikes.

Carina: I know a little about physical combat, too!

Carina and Telios swing, block, and parry for several seconds. Carina barely misses a blade, and a large cut is made in the right of her dress. Another swing rips away a bit of the front, exposing a little of Carina's stomach.

Telios: Well, let's see if you can handle this!

Telios pulls out the Green Prismati Relic and aims it at a small group of palm trees near Lady Carina. A number of vines shoot out of the base of the trees and wrap around Carina, pulling her onto the ground.

Carina: What is this?!

Telios: With the Green Relic, I can manipulate plant life!

Telios switches out for the Indigo Prismati Relic.

Telios: And with this one, I can seal your fate with darkness!

Carina starts to fear for her life as the Indigo Prismati Relic starts to glow. However, as the Relic is about to fire, a laser blasts Telios from the side, causing the blast to miss Carina. Leicester has managed to get back up and protect his wife.

Carina: (Seeing Leicester) Leicester, honey! You're okay!

Leicester heads up to Carina, but as he does so, a surge of water comes up and hits, submerging both of them. Leicester manages to grab onto a tree and while still holding onto it to avoid being swept back into the ocean, dives back in and seeing Carina being held down underwater, swings his weapon at the vines and frees her, grabbing hold of her upon doing so.

Leicester manages to pull himself and Carina back above the rushing water, Carina with her arms wrapped around her husband.

Carina: Leicester, thank you for saving me.

Leicester doesn't have time to react as Telios has switched out for the Teal Prismati Relic and fires a blast of ice at the water, quickly freezing it. The freeze surge starts to quickly make its way towards the newlyweds.

Carina: Leicester, grab hold of Monte!

Both Carina and Leicester hold onto Monte and it rises out of the water and carries them above it just as the ice surge would've frozen them in it. Both of them are then lowered onto the ice.

Leicester: (Facing Telios) Carina, let's finish this together.

Carina: (Facing Telios) Right.

Telios transforms his arms back into blades and moves across the ice to attack the couple.

Carina: Monte, Blinding Blast!

Carina holds out Monte and a number of magic books appear around her. As they open up, a huge blast of bright magical energy shoots outward and collides with Telios, sending him flying across the ice. Leicester advances to finish off the evil man.

Leicester: This is for attacking me and my wife!

Leicester prepares to swing his weapon into Telios, but the man ends up holding up a red ribbon. It turns out to be from the front of Minette's dress.

[Music: Sonic 2006: Can It Be True?]

Telios: Recognize this?

Leicester: (Gasps) That's from Minette!

Carina has made her to way to where Leicester is and sees the ribbon herself.

Carina: Minette?! (To Telios) How did you get that?!

Telios: I paid a little visit to your father last night, Carina, and in addition to the Blue Prismati Relic, I helped myself to a guest there.

Carina: (Pointing Monte at Telios) What did you do to her?!

Telios: Nothing… yet.

Leicester: Where is she?!

Telios: I have her kept safe somewhere outside Ert'Aria. I figured I could just take the Red Prismati Relic from you two, but I guess I have to try a different tactic.

Leicester: Just what is that?

Telios: If you value her life, you'll come to this location with the Red Prismati Relic. You have until sunset to make up your mind.

Carina: If you so much as lay a hand on our daughter…

Telios: Your daughter? I didn't think you two would be parents so soon.

Leicester: Quit changing the subject and tell us where she is!

Telios: I'm a man of my word. Bring me the Red Prismati Relic, and provided I have no more use for her, your daughter will be returned to you.

Telios hands Leicester a piece of paper indicating directions.

Telios: You have until sunset tomorrow to bring me the final Relic. You two better come alone, or else so much for Mizeh Altworth's masterpiece.

Telios pulls out the Violet Prismati Relic and blasts the newlyweds with a small wave of psychic energy, sending them flying. Before they can get up, he has already left on his boat.

[Can It be True? ends]

Carina: (Getting up) He's gone!

Leicester: (Getting up) He has Minette.

Carina: Leicester, sweetheart. We can't let him get away with this. He has our daughter.

Leicester: I know, my love. We'll get her back.

While contemplating what they need to do next, due to all the tears and damage it took, Carina's dress falls apart, revealing her in her lingerie. Upon seeing the state of her clothes, Carina shrieks and covers herself with her arms while kneeling on the now slushy ice.

Carina: Leicester, please get me some clothes quick!

Leicester: Okay, honey. I need to get changed, too.

A little later, Leicester and Carina come out of the beach house in their normal outfits, Carina holding onto Montecchia. All the ice has melted and all that remains are a few puddles of water. Due to what has transpired, they have to put their honeymoon on hold.

Carina: Leicester, that monster's holding Minette hostage.

Leicester: I know, my sweet. We're going to get her back. I promise you.

Leicester takes his wife's left hand and the two of them turn their heads towards each other and share a kiss. After they do so, the newlyweds head out to near the water as they know they need to get back to Ert'Aria.

Carina: Monte, can you fly us back to Ert'Aria?

Montecchia: Flight of that distance possible with large enough energy source.

Carina: Large enough energy source?

Leicester reveals the Red Prismati Relic to Carina.

Leicester: Will this work, honey?

Carina: The Red Prismati Relic? Do you think we should?

Leicester: Minette's out there. I don't think that Monte can get us back without it.

Carina: I guess we don't have much of a choice.

Leicester puts the Red Prismati Relic up to Montecchia's "eye", which starts to glow red from it.

Montecchia: Detecting concentrated amount of El. Travel to Ert'Aria possible.

Carina: Leicester, it's working. Put in on Monte's eye.

Leicester leaves the Red Prismati Relic on Montecchia's eye, which stays on it. Carina and Leicester both get on the staff as it starts to float up in the air. It then flies off with the newlyweds in tow, both of them desperate to get back to Ert'Aria.

I've finally made Chapter 5 of the fanfic. I think that I may have overdone things with Leicester and Carina being lovey-dovey throughout this fic, but that's taking a backseat as the action part of the fic comes full force.

We finally find out who the mysterious man is and two battles make up the majority of this chapter. Also, for those of you who are worried about Chelsea, her fate will be revealed in the next chapter.

Note that when Leicester and Carina are battling Telios, I made guesses to the attacks Carina can perform with Montecchia, including their names. Also, sorry about the clothing damage that happens to Carina as well.

Chapter 6: What Is To Come

A couple hours later, Leicester and Carina make it back to Ert'Aria. The first place they stop at is the Oasis house, where Nina is standing outside, surprised to see the newlyweds. However, she also knows what had happened at the Verritti mansion and starts telling them.

Nina: Leicester, Carina. It's good you're back. I have some terrible news.

Carina: We already know. My parents were attacked by some man named Telios.

Leicester: And he kidnapped Minette.

Nina: How do you two know about this?

Carina: He paid us a "visit" earlier.

Leicester: He wanted the Red Prismati Relic.

Nina: The Red Prismati Relic?

Leicester: My parents left it at Resort Tropicale as a wedding present to us.

Carina: Leicester, honey. We need to go see my parents quick.

Leicester: Sorry, Carina. You're right. We better go.

Later, Carina and Leicester are at the doors to the Verritti mansion, where Fabious is waiting for them.

Carina: Dad, what happened here?

Fabious: I'm sorry, Carina. Telios, he broke in here last night wanting the Blue Prismati Relic. Myself and Chelsea tried to hold him off, but he got it, and he took Minette.

Leicester: He wants to use her as leverage to get the Red Prismati Relic from us.

Fabious: There's something else. When we found Chelsea, she had been slashed across the stomach, and…

Carina: (Worried) Is Chelsea going to be all right?

Fabious: She'll live, but she's too hurt to walk or fight. It could take a while before she can go back to service with the Sacred Knights.

Carina: Can we go see her?

Fabious: I'll take you both to her.

Leicester and Carina are led into a room where they find Chelsea sitting in a bed. She's wearing something similar to a hospital gown and a nurse is tending to her needs. The newlyweds go up to Chelsea to talk to her.

Chelsea: (Disappointed) Leicester, Carina. I'm so sorry.

Leicester: For what, Chelsea?

Chelsea: I tried my best to protect Minette. This guy, Telios, he was too strong. I'm sorry I failed you two. It's all my fault.

Carina: It's not your fault, Chelsea.

Carina puts her right hand on Chelsea's left. Leicester thinks about whenever he was near other girls or other girls tried to come onto him, Carina would get jealous. That part of her personality is still present, but Leicester has devoted himself to her, giving her nothing to worry about.

Carina: You're going to be all right.

Leicester: How long do you think it's going to take?

Chelsea: They wrapped the wound in special bandages with crystite woven into them. It'll allow me to heal faster than usual.

Nurse: I'm sorry, but Chelsea needs to rest for now.

Carina: Okay. We'll come back later.

Leicester: We hope she gets better soon.

Carina and Leicester head out of the room. Leicester is checking out the case where the Blue Prismati Relic was kept. He looks at the Red Prismati Relic he's holding in his hand, and knows what he'll have to do with it.

Leicester: Minette, we'll save you. I promise you.

[Music: Sonic 2006: Is It Right?]

Leicester goes to where Minette's bedroom is located, and upon heading inside, finds Carina, not wearing her hat, sitting on the bed, sobbing while holding onto the plush doll Minette held onto the night before. He goes up to the bed and sits down with her.

Carina: (Crying) This was my favorite doll when I was little. During our wedding, I gave it to Minette as a present, to show how much I love her as my daughter.

Leicester: Carina, we'll get her back. I promise.

Leicester comforts his wife by wrapping his arms around her and gently cradling her.

Carina: (Crying) Leicester, honey. To tell you the truth, the moment we found Minette in the cathedral, when she called you "Papa", I hoped that one day she could call me "Mama". That day finally came, and in addition to finally being with you, I gained a daughter.

Leicester: Carina, to me, you were always her mother.

While he consoles Lady Carina, Leicester is able to feel and hear her heartbeat, despite not having his hand or ear on her chest. Carina is also able to feel and hear Leicester's heartbeat. It turns out their hearts have become connected to one another, something that is said to happen when two people love each other very much. Their hearts have become synched, and it's said that if the heart of one of them stops, so will the heart of the other.

Leicester takes his right hand and puts on Carina's left one. Seeing the gold wedding ring that resides on one of her fingers brings him joy, indicating that the Jewel of Ert'Aria is now his wife, and that he loves her as much as humanly possible. Leicester may have always had feelings for Carina, but unlike her, he was once afraid to show them.

Leicester: (Shedding a few tears) Carina, I love you, I always have, and I always will.

Leicester gives Carina a soft kiss on the lips while holding her hand. After breaking the kiss, he gently wipes some of the tears from Carina's face.

Carina: (Still crying a little) Oh, Leicester, I love you, too.

Leicester: Together, we'll save Minette.

Carina: (Taking Leicester's hand) Together.

Carina takes hold of Leicester's hand and the two of them share another kiss. They promise, no, vow to rescue Minette, together.

Knowing that what matters most is saving Minette, Leicester and Carina go to see the Duke of Ert'Aria to learn more about Telios. Carina has her hat back on as well.

Carina: Dad, we need to know about the man that attacked us.

Leicester: I remember him saying he was some sort of "friend" of yours.

Carina: Just who is he and what does he want with the Prismati Relics?

Fabious: I guess he's someone I thought I would never see again, someone I hoped I wouldn't have to tell you about.

Leicester: Who is this person, and how does he know you?

Fabious: It was a long time ago, (To Carina) before you were even born, Carina.

A flashback begins where we see a younger Fabious, only a couple years older than Leicester at the time. Along with him are a younger Fiore, Nagan, Shelley, and Telios.

Fabious (Voice-over): Back in my younger days, your mother and I would sometimes go on quests, like the two of you do as part of Oasis. Leicester, your parents would go with us on these quests as well.

Fabious continues his story while we close in on the younger Telios.

Fabious (Voice-over): Telios was also a member of our group. He was a skilled archeologist who helped us find many Artifacts around the world, several of which now reside in the cathedral. However, he was also obsessed with the potential of El energy, and wanted to be able to harness it. But what he coveted the most were the Prismati Relics.

[Music: Pokémon Black/White: Relic Castle]

The next scene we see is that of an ancient building located in the side of a cliff, where the younger Fabious, Fiore, Nagan, Shelley, and Telios are standing.

Fabious (Voice-over): One day, we managed to find the location of the Violet Prismati Relic. Up until that point, the Prismati Relics were only said to be a legend.

Fabious (Flashback): Here it is! The Violet Prismati Relic must be inside!

Telios (Flashback): So the legends are true.

Shelley (Flashback): Just think what everyone will say if we bring it back!

Nagan (Flashback): We need to proceed with caution.

Fiore: (Flashback): (To Fabious) Fabious, please be careful.

Fabious, Nagan, and Telios went inside the building, with Fiore and Shelley keeping guard outside in case of crystite monsters.

Fabious (Voice-over): While it wasn't well defended, we managed to find the Violet Prismati Relic deep within the building.

Fabious, Nagan, and Telios reached the center of the building's inside, where the Violet Prismati Relic sat atop a pedestal. Telios went up to it.

Fabious (Voice-over): Telios was overtaken by the Relic's presence and went straight up to it.

Telios (Flashback): This is it! One of the fabled Prismati Relics! It actually exists, and the other seven must do so as well!

Fabious (Flashback): Telios, what are you doing?

Telios (Flashback): Fabious, this is the greatest find in the history of the world! Just think what one could accomplish with not just this one, but the other seven as well!

Nagan (Flashback): Telios, just what are you talking about?!

Telios (Flashback): You two have heard the legends! The Prismati Relics are the key to unlocking the ultimate source of El! The ultimate power!

Fabious (Flashback): Telios, you're not saying that…

Telios (Flashback): (Picking up the Prismati Relic) Yes! This is just the beginning!

Fabious (Flashback): Telios, you don't know how powerful that is!

Telios (Flashback): I know exactly what they can do! You may not understand them, but I sure do!

[Relic Castle ends]

[Music: Pokémon HG/SS: Team Rocket Battle]

Fabious, realizing that Telios could misuse the Violet Prismati Relic, ran up to Telios to try and take it from him. However, upon, reaching Telios, Fabious is knocked down by a bladed weapon the man draws.

Nagan (Flashback): (Shocked) Telios, just what are you doing?!

Telios (Flashback): (Turning to Nagan) Taking what is rightfully mine! With this Relic and the other seven, I will unlock limitless power!

Nagan (Flashback): Telios, what you're saying is ludicrous!

Telios (Flashback): You would say that, wouldn't you?!

Telios rushed towards Nagan, ready to strike him with his weapon, but Nagan was ready and blocked the blow with a large gauntlet on his wrist. A fight broke out between the two of them as Fabious got back up and assisted Nagan with taking on Telios.

Fabious (Flashback): This is what you always wanted, wasn't it, Telios?!

Telios (Flashback): If you put it that way…

Nagan (Flashback): It was never about uncovering Artifacts! You just wanted to find the Prismati Relics for yourself!

Telios (Flashback): And harness them!

Fabious (Flashback): I always suspected you had dark intentions! All your talk about what the Prismati Relics could unlock! You were only interested in power!

Telios (Flashback): Well, if you're not with me, then you're both my enemy! I'll make sure you never leave this room!

The fight Fabious and Nagan had with Telios continued, where the former two realized that Telios may have had evil desires the whole time.

Nagan (Flashback): It's over, Telios! You're outnumbered!

Telios (Flashback): You underestimate me!

Fabious (Flashback): Telios, don't even try it!

Fabious managed to swing a sword he had at Telios, knocking him into the pedestal hard. However, the Violet Prismati Relic let out a flash of energy that caused the old building to begin to collapse.

[Team Rocket Battle ends]

[Music: Sonic 2006: Tension… The Scepter of Darkness]

Nagan (Flashback): This whole place is beginning to collapse!

Fabious (Flashback): Telios, let go of the Relic!

Telios (Flashback): Never! I'll never leave the Relic!

The ceiling started to give in as a wall of rubble came down, blocking Fabious and Nagan from Telios. Seeing as there was no time to get him out, the two of them made their way out of the old building, where Fiore and Shelley were still waiting.

Fabious (Flashback): Fiore!

Nagan (Flashback): Shelley!

Fabious (Flashback): We need to get back from here!

The two young women ran with Fabious and Nagan as far away from the building as possible. Once they were far enough away from it, the building collapsed entirely, and apparently Telios was killed in its destruction.

[Tension… The Scepter of Darkness ends]

Fabious (Voice-over): Telios only cared about the power he could unlock with the Prismati Relics. His greed ended up costing him his life, or so we thought.

The flashback finally comes to an end.

Fabious: Over time, we managed to discover four of the Prismati Relics, and decided that each one should be kept separate from each other, for fear of someone trying to misuse them.

Carina: So that explains why Telios wants them so badly.

Fabious: (To Leicester) The first Prismati Relic we found after that was the red one, which your parents decided to keep. (To Carina) Then we found the blue one, which your mother and I had decided to hold onto.

Leicester: And the green one…

Fabious: So that we could let people know that the Prismati Relics existed, it was decided that the Green Relic be kept within the cathedral.

Carina: And of course the yellow one…

Fabious: (To Leicester) Leicester, your father decided to entrust the Yellow Prismati Relic to Mizeh Altworth.

Leicester: But now Telios is…

Fabious: He continued to search for the Prismati Relics, and upon finding out where the last ones he needs were, he decided to go steal them.

Carina: What about the Artifacts he has?

Fabious: Telios must have found them while searching for the Prismati Relics and decided to use them for himself, to be able to utilize the Relics.

Leicester: And he now has Minette.

Fabious: Carina, Leicester. I know this must be a heavy burden on you so soon after you two have gotten married, but I need you to find Telios and get whatever Prismati Relics he has back. He's very powerful, so you may need help.

Carina: We'll go contact Agnes, Nick, and Chelsea… but Chelsea isn't able to fight after what Telios did to her.

Leicester: (To Carina) Carina, honey. Maybe we could see if Aberdeen and Avril could help us out as well.

Carina: You're right. We'll need everyone that is able to fight.

Leicester: We're going to go back to the Oasis house. We can organize a plan there.

Fabious: Be careful, you two. Telios is not to be taken lightly.
