The iDOLM@STER Anime Ep: 05 discussion

Since Scotty's been unable to start the topic (for certain reasons), he informed me that I should start the topic instead.

So, what do you guys think of this episode?

I personally think it's a great episode! There were many parts that I liked about it, in addition with two new songs, "Kami SUMMER" and "MOONY".

1. Iori telling ghost stories to Yukiho and Makoto.
2. The Futami twins buried Producer, built a sand castle on top of him and freaking him out with sea creatures.
3. Lastly, but not least, the girls having an outdoor barbecue and playing with the fireworks.

If I have to give it a rating, then it's 8/10.

This is my favorite episode of the 5 episodes so far. There were a lot of great things in it including two new songs Kami Summer and Moony, swimsuits, a hotspring, an outdoor barbeque, Yukiho digging a hole in the sand, and a surprise ending With RK being announced

So overall I give this episode an 8.5/10

Same as 1,3 and 4 but with fanservice.

Finally got around to watching it~!

Not a bad episode at all! Seeing as how it was being set up as your typical beach episode, I didn't really have high hopes. It was solid, had its nice little moments here and there, and by the end, I was like "Oh! Right! There's supposed to be a plot in this! Sort of!". So I'm glad we're finally getting to that, 5 episodes in.

So yeah, let's see...checklist...

1. Twins are getting too much air time. Go away twins. You're too rowdy.
2. Miki is amazing. As always.
3. Producer looks great in black.

This episode gets an 8.4. Only because Episode 2 was better.

I've never really been a fan of beach episodes in anime in general. The story is generally always the same, and involves swimming, fireworks, cooking on the beach, etc.

My favorite part was actually the beginning of the episode, when the girls were trying to think of things to make themselves feel cooler due to the heat.
