No they're not.

Both the keychains and the mini figs are cheap gachapon or arcade prizes made by Banpresto.

Uhm that is the official cospa website, if you want to order it on an english site, try amiami or hobbysearch.

I also like the Yukiho shirt and will probably get it from my local store.

These are ichiban kuji made by banpresto, the kyun chara type.

FYI,
Ichiban Kujis are lottery draws. You pay 600 yen per draw if i'm not mistaken.
The most prized ones are the full 1/8 & the chibi figures, the rest are craps like towels, keychains etc etc.

Since this is lottery draws, prices for these figures vary wildly according to the series popularity.
It's considered limited since you wont find it on stores like amiami.

These cards are absolutely adorable! Are they just decorating pictures, though?
However, I want the one with Hibiki, Miki-Miki and Haruka with their cellphones! Oh and, the one with Mami, Yukiho and Yayoi wearing bows, too!
