I prefer Overmaster over L.O.B.M. anyday. I'm glad we are getting that song. I heard there is a youtube video out for the ps3 version.

Interesting how they decided to make Overmaster a quintet song. Still, glad to see it since it's one of my favorites, and it's always good to get new quintet songs. The new Luxury print is adorable, and I always love Alice costumes. However, personally I feel as if a song like LOBM is a more appropriate quintet song, or if they decided to bring in something like Kimi wa Melody. The trio version of Overmaster already has strong enough choreography that anything added just feels tacked on.

The Alice Costume makes me think of a great Idolm@ster/ Alice in Wonderland combination

Alice: Miki, because she's blonde, and sleepy. (sort of like Alice) lol
White Rabbit: Iori, because she loves rabbits!
Queen of Hearts: Haruka, the whole Dark Haruka thing makes this work.
Mad-Hatter: Yukiho, she likes tea, I'd picture her throwing a tea party!
March Hare- Makoto, she's always hanging with Yukiho, (Mad Hatter)
Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum: Ami and Mami, I wonder why?
Cheshire Cat: Takane: she's mysterious, just like him, and she randomly appears out of nowhere! (The MOON when it's in a crescent reminds me of the Cheshire cat's smile!)

Personally, I'm not really impressed with this catalogue...I love the Alice DLC (soo much better than the bloomers in the XBOX version), but Overmaster as a quintet song just seems kind of awkward and overcrowded. And yeah, lazy. :/ If they were going to make a quintet song, Colorful Days or LOBM would have been more suitable.  And I'm mad that there still isn't any Jupiter DLC.

It would be a nice surprise if it was an 876 or 961 takeover on the next catalog. Maybe we'd either get a new Jupiter song and costumes, or we might get the 876 gang singing Go My Way, Kiramekirari, and shiny smile together. (Or hopefully a HELLO!! trio DLC)
But alas, it's only hopeful speculation.

I was prepared for a lazy catalogue at some point, so I'm not terribly disappointed.  The parts where all five sing come together well, doesn't sound as if they added anything additional to back it up.  I'm used to it as a trio, so the quintet looks a bit strange to me... but that may have been inevitable.  Nico seems to enjoy it so far, and I think I'll dip into it after I get paid.

The Alice in Wonderland attire is darling, so if only for that I'm a fan.  Perhaps we'll see more previous songs get retooled for quintets?  Might not be so bad, I'm curious what NBGI can do with it.  Havin' a break from guest idols is somewhat of a relief for me.  I'm still down a Ryo, and I'd really like to be able to use his outfit.  I'm sure it'll be back, so here's curious as to what comes up next.
