This catalog is kinda meh to me... I'm really happy about Ryo and Kyun vampire girl but i saw it coming so it isn't really something I'm too excited about.
Maybe we'll get HELLO at some point and be able to have all 876 singing that?

I'm surprised no one has mentioned this... What's 360 getting? A PS3 song? Nothing?

I'm pretty sure they're getting nothing. Other than the outfits probably.
Please clarify but the cat accessories (Toro and whatever the black cat is called), are those ps3 exclusives? I thought Sony like owned the rights to that thing.

I still feel sorry for the xbox 360 players. I can relate because I have a xbox 360 but was never able to obtain the game. ;-;

Now if only released the punkish costume with the song, I'm all set.

While I do have the PS3 version, I wanted to grab the DLC off the 360 version and main that version (while using the PS3 version as an "extras disc" primarily for its exclusives), mainly because XBL is integrated way better into the game than PSN is; PSN's UI is absolute crap, IMO. But now it looks like there's absolutely no point in doing so. :/

Well, here's to hoping the next game is multi-platform from the get-go. :P

Yeah, if there is a next game they are probably going to put all the dlc catalog on the disc already and create new dlc content from scratch. They should also include a full length episode once you beat the game as a bonus. There are so many cool things I could mentioned on what they could put on a new game like having 876 pro fully playable.

Catalog 7 been revealed!

It Kyun Vampire!

And as everyone expected, Dazzling world by Ryo.

Vampire Girl DLC? And Ryo, too? Hmm, seems good.

'Cause you know, as bad as Namco screwed over Microsoft, they'll come crying back to them in the end? Well, I suppose there's Nintendo...

Nothing wrong with PS3 - PSV either. I didn't mean cross-company; I really was thinking cross-platform. If they're going to do that, it'd just be nice if it was equal treatment.

Toro and Kuro (easy enough to remember).

They'll definitely be PS3 exclusives since they're Sony's JP mascots.

Nintendo dislikes novel type games in general, they've expressed this, and since the guy that made iM@S DS was sacked (because the game was poor and sold poorly), I doubt we'll ever see another iM@S game on their devices.

3DS simply doesn't have the power to produce something much better than iM@S SP, while the Vita has the potential to produce something like a lighter version of iDOLM@STER 2. Not that I would bother.

Really? Where? Because I swear games like LovePlus and Hotel Dusk made it to Nintendo consoles, and though Cing is defunct, LovePlus got a 3DS title, so yeah. And does Namco have to hire the same guy? *shrug*

Besides, with 8GB+ memory and it being out since a little more than a year, I doubt we've seen the power of the 3DS (Games that test the potential of console hardware don't come out until its 2nd or 3rd year). Not that I'm hoping. If that thing about Namco owing Sony for the anime is true, then we might not see it this year on anything other than PS3 or Vita. Then again, Namco pulls off a lot of moves the fans don't get, hence my neutrality on the subject.

Hm, how do I put this.

Nintendo dislikes moe garbage.

Loveplus is actually a dating sim, not really a novel after the first 100 days. The amount of novels on DS compared to PSP is night/day, I can only think of the Phoenix Wright series and that awful Silent Hill novel (because there's no way they could graphically handle that on a handheld) for GBA.

Saying that the 3DS can't produce graphics much better than SP is complete nonsense. Resident Evil: Revelations makes the PSP look 2 generations behind. The only problem with the game is the lag while loading.

As for novel type games, you're forgetting the Professor Layton series, which has roots in the visual novel genre.

Oh, so you mean a simultaneous release on those two systems or something? 'Fraid I'm not quite getting what you're getting at, but from what that sounds like, there'll be something extra for those that buy both versions. Yes Namco, we all know how you roll. ^^
