Nice catelog, definitely gonna get Change just cause there aren't enough quintets in the game.  The stage and burst are nice (and I actually think the Witch accessores are kinda cute too) but I'm trying to prioritize my money for the songs (and possibly the idols) first.

Concerning Miku Append: The sentence 「Ｓ４Ｕ！」では、初音ミクの衣装を別売りのダウンロードコンテンツ「ミクオリジナル」に着せ替えることができます。
I think is saying to use it in S4U, you also need the Miku Original DLC to use it on Miku.

That's a shame, I was considering picking up the 2nd Miku pack over the first one just because I prefer Melt over World is Mine.

Concerning Change 2MY Color: 楽曲の途中でキャラカラーに合わせた蛍光色にチェンジする特殊な加工を施したステージ衣装です。
I think it's saying that during a song it will change colors, with it just saying "song" and not "CHANGE!!!!"/any other song specification.

Wow, I can't believe I didn't notice the outfit changed colors.  My first thought was that they just transitioned between clips of the idols wearing different costumes.  I might have to reconsider my statement on priortizing my purchases cause thats a pretty cool idea for a costume.

I love how the new extend outfit changes colors! I also love the new stage. For me, though, my priorities are always songs first. I need to find a place that's cheaper to get Japanese PSN cards...

The text under it says "Special Idols" can't wear it, so I would assume that means Ai/Miku.

Miku Original (Miku + Miku's default costume + World Is Mine song) / 1600 yen
Miku Append (Miku Append costume, Melt song) / 1600 yen
Plus one song (Marionetto no Kokoro?) / 1800 yen

Comes to precisely 5000 yen, I could buy and split the yen card with someone. If split, it's $38.24 USD each way.

Argh Ai is adorable <3 And gotta love the Hibiki cover. I'm glad they're doing school gym clothes. I know some people might enjoy it, but if it was another swimsuit set I would have punched my computer screen. Sure, it's "Gravure 4 U," but I really want to see them in other outfits as well.
