Unfortunately, they can't.
All of them can do a solo, but they can't do duos, and you can't change their positions if you choose to have the 3 of them performing.

Out of curiosity - I've noticed there's different loading screens now in the sense the circles act different sometimes (I think).

Are there any more loading screens with characters like Ami's loading song (or more from her?)

Well I don't know if it was already like that on the Xbox version, but the circles moves if you press "o" on the ps3 controller. Also, I think Ami's loading screen disappeared :c
I never got to see it, neither in produce mode or S4U! mode.

So the Miku stuff isn't on the JP 360 store, meaning it's only available for the PS3 version.

So it's built into the disc of the PS3 version, effectively making you buy content that you've already paid for? The "DLC" or should I say,  unlock codes, are 70kb.
