My first experience with an HD iDOLM@STER game.
IMO, it's a lot more fun than SP. A LOT more.
The fact that there's an entire wiki about teaching people who don't know Japanese is a plus!
The only downside is that the fact that you have to purchase new outfits and accessories kinda sucks because you might need that money for lessons and publicity. So I don't have much variety for S4U!

Not sure how far you are in yet, but you should really start racking up decent money about half-way through your first game. The super-expensive costumes will be out of your league until after you've played through a few times... but a lot of the cheaper ones shouldn't be a problem on your first go-through.

Yeah that's a good wiki for people just starting out. On some weeks, the store has a sale, so that's more of an opportunity to save money. I agree with DereDereAngel; by the end of your first playthrough you'll have enough money for most things. Plus you will have unlocked various things after clearing the game once, so there's a lot to look forward to.
