I mean I know THAT. I'm just trying to figure out what's so special about that strip in particular to justify the absurd bid.

Then again, it'd be bad form for me to auction mine off, money or not. I value my relationships than I value the money...

Probably just that it has all of the non-Producer-status idols in it.

It's a mini bonus to con people into buying a game new (as opposed to sitting around for six or nine months and buying it for half the price) and since it's printed in limited quantities, stores only get given so many. Once they run out, well, that's pretty much it.

Well, it would have been nice if there were enough strips to satisfy every preorder since preordering on August or on September (as I did) wouldn't make any difference for the software house (and for the retailers). But due to the nature of the bonus I understand it wasn't possible, so it's right the "first come first serve". ;)
Just wanted to know if I could stress amiami for my missing strip. XD

Then I must be lucky to get this bonus, since I placed my order late.

That filmstrip you got must be rare, so ppl is willing to spend big money to get it.

Even though I didnt get Haruka, but I'm happy with Chihaya  :D

I have seen ppl got background only or the producer... :-\

Well, mine's a bit special. If I ever auctioned it off, the people who gave me the copy will know IMMEDIATELY. And well, you can't exactly just sell off gifts like that, and I suspect I'd get more than a few nastygrams if I tried.

Mine's particular in the sense I had a few things done to it. A couple of signatures in fact. Well, that and the fact I actually have two film strips, not one. (The other's just Kotori)

Basically my copy is in every sense 'I cheated the line significantly' but that's due to my history with some of the people working at NBGI.
