Maybe because Street Hopper is more of a tomboy-ish sporty look and it fits her image? But I agree, it's one of my favorite outfits on her. Although I love to see Makoto in more girly things too.

Maybe because Street Hopper is a "Dance" item, and Makoto has high stats in dance?...
Nah, that's a really silly reason. But it does looks good on her!
Between, I've noticed Yukiho is always associated with the Starry outfit, which looks beautiful on her, especially the white one.

Yeah thats true. Yukiho just looks so.... natural in it, ya' know? I guess everyone has something they're associated with. Iori has the bunny ears, Yayoi has that one starry outfit, Miki always has the cowboy hat, Chihaya has that black & blue dress, etc.
