It is, but you'll have to use a different e-mail address that isn't attached to any of your existing PSN accounts. When I made my Japanese account, I used this tutorial. I originally made the account on my Japanese PSP, but it works with my English PS3 as well. http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?p=14868403

I'm trying to see if I can log into my japanese account on my sister's US PS3 through my account, so I can give her DLC that I have on my account that she doesn't have.

I tried to and it said that I'm not allowed to go on another user with her PS3.

So, am I able to go onto my Japanese account to give my sister my DLC through an US PS3?

have your sister log in with your japanese account and have her enter the store. in the downlaods section it'll show all your downloads so she just has to redownlaod them from there.

I tried that and the PS3 says your not allowed to log in with someone else's user.

Right now, Sony restricts the use of DLC on up to 2 systems at a time.

Huh, is it really only two? I thought it was more than that.

It's more for any DLC before that limit update was implemented (five I think?). I forget the date exactly. Anything bought/downloaded after that is limited to 2.
(As far as I know anyways)

It seems a little early to move to 360 DLCs. There's much more value in DLCs for this game compared to L4U, and that had 17 catalogs if I'm not mistaken. We've only hit 14 so far for the 360.
