The special burst sounds really neat, I am thinking about buying.
I really like change, so I want that too. However, I am not a big Miku fan, so most of the Miku stuff I probably won't bother with.

Does the Miku Append DLC require the original Miku DLC?

Also about the first costume. Does it change colours throughout other songs, or only in this catalogue's song?

Tried to read the notes on both these to try and help you

Concerning Miku Append: The sentence 「Ｓ４Ｕ！」では、初音ミクの衣装を別売りのダウンロードコンテンツ「ミクオリジナル」に着せ替えることができます。
I think is saying to use it in S4U, you also need the Miku Original DLC to use it on Miku.

Concerning Change 2MY Color: 楽曲の途中でキャラカラーに合わせた蛍光色にチェンジする特殊な加工を施したステージ衣装です。
I think it's saying that during a song it will change colors, with it just saying "song" and not "CHANGE!!!!"/any other song specification.
PS: Change 2MY Color isn't usable by Special Idols (aka: Ai)
