Actually, it's been there since about 2 days ago. They are evil, and stuff. I guess it's a subliminal advert.
More interestingly, the PS3 version DOESN'T show the catalog, even though they're clearly advertising it more.

Catalog is out for PS3. Downloading from PSN now. :)
The graphic for it isn't working though. It says "Missing Image" but you can tell from the title that it's Catalog #2.
Edit: So bummed right now...... you have to have the Best 20 trophy to get the snow accessories but I don't play under my JPN acct..... so it won't let me buy them. booooooo

I thought if I just downloaded the catalog, I could go to the Rankings section and view other people's PVs of the song. (I just wouldn't be able to produce my own version of course.) But is that restricted, too? ^^;
